We received an unexpected upgrade for our apartment, which made our stay very enjoyable. We really appreciated the gesture! The breakfast was also great, with lots of options and friendly staff.
Overall, everything was fine. However, if I had to mention one small thing to improve, the gym could have been a bit cleaner.

The restaurant manager, Soorya Prakash Thakur, was exceptionally good, supportive, and honest. We truly appreciate his professionalism and the way he treated us.
Overall, our experience during the stay was neutral.
Apart from the restaurant manager, Soorya Prakash Thakur and the reception staff, Mr Sumit Raj, we were not treated well by the other restaurant manager and some members of the staff.
