Just feel obligated to describe, so nobody could be fooled in future. I stayed only one night.
There was construction/ renovation around the area, banging during the day and the traffic noise at night was unbearable, Apartment was very old and dark, nothing updated. Few rooms, but all was dirty, no air conditioning , apartment is totally unfit for living. No hot water either! The whole experience was horrible!
I had to find another place and move!

Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dalla casa: l'abbiamo trovata pulita e ordinata. Si trova in un'ottima posizione che rende facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti il mare, il centro e tutti i servizi. La proprietaria è stata cortese e molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Consigliamo molto!

Mi sono trovata benissima, tutto a portata di mano, supermercati, negozi, il mare, la casa e ben collegata con tutto e si può raggiungere a piedi quasi tutti i posti, il mare e a 5 minuti della casa, la propietaria e stata molto gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio.

Alloggio perfetto!
L'appartamento è come in descrizione: ampio, ordinato e ben arieggiato. Si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi e rispetto alla spiaggia in centro è molto più tranquilla per un vero relax. La Sig.ra Maria, proprietaria, e suo marito si sono mostrati davvero gentili e disponibili; cosa non da poco per chi si trova in un luogo sconosciuto. Spero di tornarci presto!

Appartamento ben posizionato. Facile raggiungere il mare è con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Ben esposto. Dal balcone si gode un bellissimo panorama del sole al tramonto.
La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e affidabile. Purtroppo ci sono state un paio di giornate di temporale e muri di pioggia e la signora Maria si è subito premurata di assicurarsi che in quel frangente tutto andasse bene assicurando la sua assistenza per ogni evenienza. Sono cose che fanno piacere. A parte le giornate “anomale” il mare è bello, limpido e molto piacevole

Ottima posizione, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, appartamento migliorabile ma vista impagabile.
La posizione è ottima: consente di raggiungere a piedi i numerosi supermercati della zona e il bel centro cittadino. La spiaggia è più in basso e bisogna fare un pò di strada, ma, nel caso non si voglia camminare, c'è un parcheggio abbastanza comodo (a pagamento). Mare Stupendo!. La proprietaria è davvero gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento secondo me è migliorabile: lo scarico WC a volte rimane aperto con spreco considerevole di acqua e la porta del box doccia scola molta acqua sul pavimento quando si apre; gli arredi sono vecchi ma sufficienti tranne per alcune ante dell'armadio della camera da letto che scorrevano male, così come i cassetti rendendone difficile l'utilizzo. I materassi sono abbastanza comodi. Per quanto riguarda la sala/cucina devo segnalare le luci scarse. L'attrezzatura da cucina è abbastanza completa anche se qualche posata in più non guastava. Fornelli e frigor OK. Un pò pochi prodotti per la pulizia (mancava il detersivo per i pavimenti e per superfici varie). Il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque corretto e adeguato. In generale la casa è di giuste dimensioni (noi siamo in 5), con il vantaggio del posto auto, e ben disposta, con vista su tramonti da favola!

Posto e appartamento perfetti!
L’appartamento è spazioso e situato non troppo vicino al caos del centro, facilmente raggiungibile in 10 minuti di passeggiata. Ben arieggiato e con una bella vista del balcone sul mare. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile e ci sono tutti i servizi necessari vicini. La signora Maria è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze ed è stata molto cortese.

Soggiorno a tropea
Appartamento comodo e funzionale. Situato al secondo piano gode di un panorama incantevole , suggestivi i tramonti : da immortalare !! Comoda la vicinanza alla spiaggia, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi . Ideale, pure, per raggiungere in macchina le spiagge limitrofe ( Ricadi , Capo Vaticano ). Gentili e disponibili i proprietari. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very near to the sandy beach. The sea and beach are very clean. We stayed 9 days in Tropea. Our kids have enjoyed to swim and play there.

posizione ottima, casa comoda e con bella vista
la casa è in una posizione molto comoda a tutto, ben servita e molto vicina ma non troppo al caotico centro; ha una bella vista mare ed è ben disposta;l'arredamento è spartano ma la casa è molto + bella e ha tutto, le foto pubblicate non rendono ..dal vivo è molto di +...,; i proprietari sono persone disponibilissime!!

au calme, très bien aménagé, l'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. La gentillesse de Antonio et Francesco sont un plus pour ce petit havre de paix qui domine la ville avec une vue superbe. La voiture reste nécessaire pour se rendre à la plage ou en ville.

perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione.a mio parere la migliore posizione,nel punto più comodo del paese per l'accesso alla spiaggia e nello stesso tempo giusto una breve camminata per trovarsi al centro di tropea. fresco,ben ventilato, vista magnifica,i negozi posizionati nelle vicinanze rendono molto comoda la permanenza.
