Located in Noto, this lovely condo for $85 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The Barocco Noto holiday home consists of two double bedrooms, complete with kits and sheets. Each window of the house is equipped with mosquito nets and the whole environment is air conditioned. The apartment can comfortably accommodate four adults and a baby bed if necessary. The bathroom includes a shower cabin with hydromassage and radio. Very large kitchen with dishes, refrigerator, freezer, stove with four burners, electric oven. The kitchen has a coffee machine with pods, a forty-inch smart TV. Possibility to park nearby. Eighty meters equipped terrace, in summer with deck chairs, gazebo, table, chairs and sitting area. In winter the terrace is equipped with deck chairs, table with chairs and the gazebo is replaced by an umbrella. Free Wi-Fi

Noto is spectacular but if you rent a car it can be challenging to park. This apartment was super convenient because we could find parking every day almost in front of the building. It was a 5 min walk to the Main street where all the activities were.
The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The terrace was stunning and huge…an oasis.
Eleonora was super helpful and communicative. She let us arrive earlier than the check in time.
We would definitely come back … we truly enjoyed it.

Prachtig verblijf
Een heel mooi appartement op de bovenste verdieping van een woonhuis. Zeer netjes, verzorgd, schoon. Twee ruime slaapkamers, een keuken/huiskamer en een badkmaer met heerlijke douche.
En vooral: een prachtig, groot daterras met uitzicht over Noto.
Het ontvangst en de begeleiding was heel erg vriendelijk. Alles werd uitgelegd en de koelkast was al gevuld. De communicatie ging heel vlot.
Het ligt aan de rand van het historische centrum van het prachtige Noto. In een paar minuten ben je bij alle bezienswaardigehden en (goede !) restaurants. De auto heb je niet nodig. Die kun je gewoon voor de deur gratis parkeren. Je hebt de auto wel nodig voor boodschappen, elders in Noto en om naar andere plaatsen te gaan: Siracusa (30 minuten), Mezzamemi (30 minuten), Modica (40 minuten) en Ragusa (60 minuten) zijn zeer aan te bevelen. Het strand in Lido di Noto ligt op nog geen 10 minuten.
Noto en omgeving zijn aan ieder aan te bevelen, en zeker ook deze prachtige accomondatie !

Fantastique Séjour à Noto
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Noto. Cette petite ville baroque est très jolie, et nous avons apprécié les soirées animées ainsi que ces nombreux restaurents où nous avons découvert la cuisine sicilienne.
L'appartement est très confortable avec sa grande terrasse, très propre et bien équipé.
L'accueil personnalisé des propriétaires ainsi que leur disponibilités est remarquable.

Eine großartige Ferienwohnung
Die Bilder täuschen nicht, die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die große Dachterrasse bietet nicht nur einen schönen Blick, sondern ist quasi das Wohnzimmer über den Dächern der Stadt, insbesondere um den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Für ausreichend Schatten ist auch gesorgt. Einen Parkplatz nah am Haus haben wir immer gefunden, was in Noto durchaus ein Problem ist. Wer sich also mit dem Auto in und durch Stadt traut, hat zumindest dieses Problem nicht. Bis zum Meer sind es dann nur einige Minuten, ebenso zu Fuß in das barocke Zentrum mit vielen schönen Restaurants und einer zauberhafen Abendstimmung auf dem Corso. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat das Gefühl, dass sie stets für einen da sind. Wasser, Wein, Bier und selbstgemachter Limoncello warteten gut gekühlt auf unsere Ankunft. Dank dafür auch noch einmal. Wie können nur eine große Empfehlung aussprechen und hoffen für unsere Gastgeber, dass sich die Wohnung weiter gut vermietet. Corona war kein Thema, die Italiener verhalten sich sehr diszipliniert und zum Teil fast schon übervorsichtig. Also deswegen gibt es keinen Grund, sich von einer Reise abhalten zu lassen. Wir fühlten uns dort sicherer als zuhause.

Schöner Urlaub in moderner Ferienwohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und haben uns für unsere kleinen Kinder gerne Kinderbett und -stuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Dachterrasse ist bei gutem Wetter fantastisch! Die Küche hätte ein klein wenig besser ausgestattet sein können (wobei die wesentlichen Gegenstände zur Verfügung standen und uns die Vermieter auf Nachfrage weitere Gegenstände gegeben haben) und die Matratze eines der Betten war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung, sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in Notos Fußgängerzone, wobei die Wege nicht immer kinderwagenfreundlich sind (wofür die Wohnung natürlich nichts kann). Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe ist völlig unproblematisch. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Si impone, in particolare, la cura dei dettagli: utensileria da cucina, un utilissimo mobiletto in entrata, lo spazio in bagno, una terrazza stupenda. I proprietari sono puntuali, seri, organizzati. Fabulous property, fabulous owners and fabulous Noto!!
The owners were so kind and helpful, even though there was a language gap; we found a way to understand each other.
Great house, with an amazing roof terrace - home produced limoncellos, home grown almonds, cake and local wine - enhanced our stay.
The house is so close to the centre of Noto; we had a marvellous time. Big thanks to Giuseppe and Eleonora. You will not regret staying at this property.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles da, was man braucht, und die Vermieter antworten auch während des Aufenthalts sehr schnell auf alle Fragen. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Vielen Dank, wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

Abbiamo trascorso 14 giorni molto belli. La casa è accogliente, ben arredata e in posizione ottimale
Soggiornare 14 giorni a Noto ad agosto e riuscire a trovare un appartamento ben arredato, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, e in una zona tranquilla, lontano dai rumori, non è facile. E parlando della casa non si può dimenticare il terrazzo, grande con gazebo e tavola per pranzare e sdraio per prendere il sole e "piccolo salottino" sotto l'ombrellone. Quando lo vedete vi sentite già in vacanza e immaginatevi intenti ad assaporare le prelibatezze siciliane e le mandorle che il gentilissimo sig.Spinello vi mette a disposizione insegnandovi anche come romperle. Non mi è mai capitato di lasciare con nostalgia un posto ma sarà stata la bellezza di Noto, l'ospitalità e la disponibilità del sig. Spinello, ma ora che sono a Torino rimpiango già i profumi e i sapori di quella stupenda terra. Grazie e spero arrivederci.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung 03.05.-17.05.2018
Diese Wohnung können wir 100 % weiter empfehlen. Sie ist neu, sehr modern eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und sollte etwas fehlen, sind die Gastgeber in Parterre hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Total super fanden wir die riesengrosse Terrasse mit dem Blick auf Noto. Auch hier alles sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, entsprechend den Bildern. Für die Freundlichkeit und die Liebenswürdigkeit der GASTGEBER müssen wir uns ganz besonders herzlich bedanken. Es ist ruhig und angenehm im Haus, wir fühlten uns sicher und konnten unsere täglichen Unternehmungen ganz relaxed durchführen. Noto ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis. Die Stadt selbst bietet einige Sehenswürdigkeiten (Information liegt in der Wohnung) und viele nette Restaurants und Cafes in kleinen Gassen, u.a. ist das Meer schnell mit einem Auto zu erreichen. Ein gemütliches Städtchen! Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sizilien und waren erstaunt über die vielen Grünzonen (geeignet für Wanderungen siehe Anapo-Schlucht) im Hinterland von Noto. Das große Naturschutzgebiet "Riserva Naturale Vendicari" in Richtung Marzamemi im Süden sollte man sich unbedingt ansehen. Fazit: wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl, diese Wohnung zu nehmen. Nochmals mille grazie an die Familie Spinello!

Fabulous apartment in wonderful Noto
A friend and I just spent four wonderful days based out of Alessandra's apartment in Noto. We cannot say enough good things about the apartment, the communication, and the city.
The photos in the listing are quite accurate. The bedrooms are comfortable, the shower high tech and excellent, and the terrace comfortable, well-furnished, and with sunset views. You can tell great care was taken in the renovation of the flat. Everything seems brand new.
We did not meet Alessandra but her parents (who live downstairs) greeted us warmly and responded immediately when we had questions about anything. There was coffee and an espresso machine on the counter and milk, juice, water, and wine in the refrigerator when we arrived. Giuseppe (Alessandra's dad) left us a basket of almonds and showed us how to crack them open on an old tree stump on the patio. (Warning, he's an expert; what looked easy when he did it was a bit more challenging to us!)
There is easy parking right out front and the apartment is about a ten minute walk from the center of the main street (Corso Umberto).
We would definitely stay again.
