NOW 30% discount on last minute bookings for May and June 2024 Villa Bella is a modern, two bedroom two bathroom villa in Kisla, a popular peaceful area of Kalkan. A fantastic location just metres from the sea. A complete home from home, ideal for small families, couples or friends holidaying together. The villa has the most fantastic sea views across the bay and offers many vantage points from where to enjoy them, including the pool terrace and balconies. The identical neighbouring villa was featured in 'The Times 20 Best Seaside Villas in Europe'. Villa Bella sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedroom both with an en-suite bathroom. The Villa is extremely well equipped with the best quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge complete with 40" LCD Smart TV with some international news and sports channels and many Turkish channels. A DVD player and a Radio/CD player are also available. There is a good selection of books and DVDs, but you can bring your own tablet/I-pad and HDMI cable for unlimited possibilities. Other amenities include air-con throughout, free unlimited wireless internet access, washing machine, dishwasher and hair dryer. Surrounded by fruit and palm trees in intimate gardens the pool terrace with sunbeds, shaded seating, alfresco dining and BBQ areas makes an excellent place to relax in, spot the odd dolphin or turtle, or just enjoy the wooden gullet boats gliding by. At the end of the day enjoy the magnificent sunset with a glass of wine. If you manage to drag yourself away from Villa Bella, there are a handful of bars and restaurants, where good quality food is served. Kisla also has 2 popular beach clubs for swimming, snorkeling & watersports. The Mahal beach club, with one of the ten best views of the world (Sunday Times), is a 3 minute walk. For a wider choice of shops, restaurants (120!) and bars Kalkan is a 5 minutes ride by sea or road or a 20 mins walk. In the season there is a ‘free’ water-taxi shuttling between Kisla beach club and Kalkan harbour. Villa Bella is the perfect holiday accommodation if you are looking for total peace and tranquility in an amazing location.

We had an amazing time at the Villa Bella. The landlord Frenk was so helpful prior to us arriving making sure that we had all the information we needed prior to getting there. He even took the time to ring me to make sure all was set up and I knew what I needed to do. We had a couple of issues at the villa that were completely our fault like locking ourselves out of the villa one day and our transfer to the airport. Muhammet the property manager was extremely quick and helpful at resolving the issues. The villa is perfect and the pool and view are amazing. You're close enough to the town (a £2 taxi or short boat trip from a nearby hotel) but far enough to be away from the busy town in the evening. I would 100% come back to Villa Bella.

The villa looks amazing on this site and I'm delighted to confirm it's just as great in person. The view is just stunning and the terrace is a perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down over the island on the other side of the bay. Everything is very comfortable. The sun beds have great mattresses and there is a big variety of places you can sit around (which we did a lot of), The fridge is a great size and there is another out by the BBQ in case you need the extra space. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms nice and modern with lovely showers. The pool is glorious and we all spent a lot of time leaning on the infinity end watching the boats in the bay. It's so nice having your own pool as I love to get back in it after a night out, which is generally frowned upon in hotels. In terms of location, we were very happy with it. It isn't right in the town of Kalkan but it's only a very short walk to three beach clubs of varying qualities (our favourite being the Mahal) and you can get a water taxi from some of them. We preferred to book a taxi to come and get us though as it was very quick and very cheap (equiv £2.50). You just send a whatsapp message to a number (plenty of those in the guest book) and book it and it's there on time. Kalkan itself is very lovely and has that perfect mix of feeling like a small place but absolutely bursting with choices for drinks and dinner. We didn't take any trips as it was a really hot week so going out during the day was a struggle for us pale Brits. I had to work every day anyway so I can confirm that the wifi was absolutely fine. The communication from Frenk and Lisette in advance was perfect and they dealt really well with the uncertainty over whether or not we would be able to travel. It was a very positive experience considering the times we are living in and I'm very pleased that we were able to make this trip and experience Villa Bella.

We stayed at Villa Bella for 2 weeks in October 2018 and couldn't fault it . As we have visited Kalkan several times in the past we are particularly fond of the Kisla area where this villa is positioned . We really liked the outside area with it's spectacular views across the bay to Kalkan itself . One big plus with this villa is the constant supply of hot water which in my experience is not always the case in Turkey .The journey into Kalkan is especially enjoyable using the frequent water taxi , which is in near proximity to the villa . My only slight criticism is a barking dog opposite whose main activity appeared to be chasing after every passing car . Frenk was very helpful in the booking process and organised our transfers which were completed without a hitch . All in all a very enjoyable stay at a lovely villa . Would return again and recommend to others

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bella, which was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The interior is spacious and very well appointed, the outside space also spacious with plenty of room for 4 people with areas of shade if required. The views from the villa are beautiful, as are the sunsets. We required the assistance from Muhammet, the local management agent, for a couple of small things which were dealt with straight away without any problem. All in all a wonderful relaxing holiday.

the villa had everything we needed for a quiet relaxed week in the sun. well equipped and modern. this was our third visit to the villa and it has been well maintained and kept up to date. lovely shaded area for dining outside and comfy luxury sunbeds & shades by the pool. we went into Kalkan some nights to eat, finding taxi better value than the water taxi for three of us. good local restaurants in Kisla so no need to wander far to eat.

Third time staying in Villa Bella. The standard and quality of this villa never ceases to amaze us, the owners Frenk and Lisette maintain it to the highest of standards,always replacing furniture and utensils to keep it to the 5*standards it boasts,bedding and towels that are supplied are also of the highest quality. Had a week of pure relaxation as always with amazing views across the bay and everything needed to make our holiday just perfect. The location of the villa is perfect, just a short taxi ride to town where there is a great choice of restaurants. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday , the owners organisation of your stay is always done with care and consideration to make it perfect and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thankyou Frenk and Lisette for another perfect holiday in Villa Bella.
