About this house rental
Nestled in Nedlands, this lovely house for $201 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Lovely modern stand-alone house in a central Perth location. No shared areas or facilities inside or outside, fully fenced. Close to UWA and hospitals, the Swan River's lovely Matilda Bay, Kings Park, Blue Boat House and Hampden Road cafes. Generous size open plan living area, with the main bathroom including both a bath and separate shower, also a separate laundry, and a delightful private courtyard. 142 m2 of inside living area. Air-conditioned throughout, with off-street parking for one car only. Three big bedrooms each with their own TV, Bedroom One has 1 x King Bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite, Bedroom Two has 1 x King Bed and built-in wardrobe, and Bedroom Three has a queen bed and built-in wardrobe. The bedrooms are separated well from the living area. Bus stops just minutes away give virtually unlimited access to Perth bus network. Buses to Perth CBD (10 minute travel time) leave every few minutes for most of the day, and regularly to Subiaco and Fremantle. Relaxing evening walks through the university, along the river foreshore. Kings Park nature walks can take you further to the Botanic Gardens and the city. The foreshore walking paths go on forever. Cottesloe Beach is a ten minute drive, and a great place to visit in the morning and evenings. No functions or parties, for private use only. Sorry, no pets. Do introduce yourself and your group.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Karen's property. Karen was an excellent host. Very accommodating and responsive. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. Perfect layout for small children, and they loved the toys. Great location with many eating options and beautiful playgrounds nearby. Close to hospitals which was a bonus for us. We felt very safe and comfortable at Karen's.

Awesome kid friendly place with easy access and lots to do. Property Manager sets up the house with high chair, porta-cot, kids toys etc, advise you of bin days and really easy to communicate with.

Awesome house suitable for a family with kids central to everything
Our family really enjoyed staying here and the house is well set out, not over cluttered and has a really nice planted patio for those afternoon meals. We sure will be back!

Loved this house. Was so clean and has everything we needed. Toys for our 5 year old and lots of cooking equipment. Close to PCH. Plenty of room for Grandparents daughter and granddaughter. Lovely walks around the neighbourhood and along the river.

Fantastic House
This beautiful home ticked all the boxes for my family.
It has a enclosed courtyard ,toys, highchair, cot & TV in each room.
Fabulous location with everything at your fingertips.
Karen the property manager was very helpful.
We will be back again.

Short term home away from home
This property completely met our needs. Because we were there over a long weekend we had adequate parking for the 2nd car. The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds, the kitchen was very well equipped.
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Clean comfortable perfect house
Absolutely beautiful clean well positioned house. So many extra touches in this property to make you feel at home, coffee pods, chocolates, netflix ready in all bedrooms. Karen it an A+ host, very much enjoyed our stays ( this was the 3rd time).

Wow Karen what a fantastic host, gorgeous house. We felt at home the minute we walked through the door. Exceptionally clean, wonderful amenities, extremely well stocked house. Loads of room perfectly well positioned in a beautiful suburb. Karen was easy to converse with, neighbours were lovely we are definitely staying here again (already booked). Lovely accomodation in a very quiet but close to amenties street
We had stayed here a couple of weeks previously and found that it had met all our requirements. So when I needed to stay in Perth again before flying back to England I didn't hesitate to book the Villa again. Great location, lovely and clean. Karen had thought of everything and I would definitely stay again.

Lovely house close to all amenities but on a quiet street.
The house was beautiful and very clean. Karen had thought of everything. There was a box of toys and books for my grandsons. The small crib was already set up and the highchair in the dining area. Karen had left coffee , tea ,milk and lemons ready and there was a useful information booklet too. There is a wonderful Thai just round the corner for a take away and Matilda River is just a twenty minute walk for a fabulous breakfast. I would throughly recommend Nedlands Villa and Karen responded to any emails immediately. I would stay again without hesitation.

Spacious, clean, great location
I attended a course at UWA while my husband looked after our 2 young kids. The home is thoughtfully presented with careful attention paid to making it child friendly. It is really close to the uni, and cafes shops etc are nearby. Beautiful area for walking/exploring.

Fantastic
With work and leisure, I travel extensively and found this property to be among the best in its price range The location is perfect for too many reasons to enumerate but it's proximity to the city, showgrounds and public transport make it ideal for just about any visit to Perth.
The property was clean and the prompt service of Karen even with a small issue like a faulty Kettle was amazing.
We cooked meals each night and the kitchen was quite adequate for even a great roast dinner
3 large rooms and two well-equipped bathrooms gave privacy and plenty of space.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious house close to Perth but not centred in the hustle bustle of the city
