It is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the absolute highest standard ** Address for Bluefish Beach Cottage 75 Bluefish St. Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 The Bluefish Beach Cottage is located in Blue Mountain Beach along the famous Scenic Highway 30A. The cottage has been fabulously renovated in a coastal modern style. Fully updated and professionally decorated. This spectacular cottage features three bedrooms, two full baths with walk in showers, an extensive, open air front porch abutting an enclosed grass yard. The back of the property features a large elevated wood deck with a full size Spa / Hot Tub, Weber gas grill, 6 person outdoor dining table, 4 complimentary beach cruiser bikes, and string lighting intertwined between the coastal palm trees. Beach toys and outdoor games for all ages, full size corn hole boards, beach chairs, plenty of clean beach towels and a beach buggy wagon are all provided for complimentary use. 4 NEW BEACH CRUISER BIKES (April 23’) A quaint, fully enclosed outdoor shower with endless hot water provides a perfect way to wash off the salt and sand after a long day at the beach. The owner's suite has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that has a large walk in shower, double vanity and a private entry from the back deck. The additional rooms offer a queen size bed and two twins that share an oversized bathroom. All rooms have sleek, wall mounted smart televsions as well as high speed WIFI. Enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, gas range, outdoor gas grill, instant hot water, and a full size washer and dryer. The Bluefish Cottage is a short walk from 4 public beach accesses with public parking that allow stress free access to the beautiful white sand and emerald green waters of Blue Mountain Beach. There is plenty of parking at the cottage for up to three cars and a golf cart, the complimentary beach cruiser bicycles are placed just inside the charming front fence. The owners have lived in the area for 25 years and are more than happy to offer any recommendations for shopping, dining, inshore and offshore fishing excursions, paddle boards and golf cart rentals. We had an excellent stay at this property! We were going to be arriving late in the evening so the owner turned lights on, hot tub on, and got the place ready for us. We didn’t need to contact the owner for any reason during our stay thankfully but I would imagine they would be very reponsive if we did. It was a little chilly outside week we were there so the hot tub was a nice feature. Cottage was super cute and very clean, love the coziness of it. Stocked well with everything! Great location, close to everything. Bikes were a great feature and we rented a golf cart. Would highly recommend this cottage!

Bluefish Cottage is a fantastic property! Super clean. Amazing upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. Super comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Fully stocked kitchen appliances. Quiet location and minutes from the beach. Every detail was perfect and decor was top-notch. Felt like we were staying at a 5-star luxury resort with intimate touches. Hosts were super responsive and helpful with local information. Best beach trip ever! Will definitely stay again.

The home was warm and inviting and our family of four loved all the updates. The home was big enough for us and the back patio and front fenced in area was great for the kids to play in and around. The owners were hospitable and reached out before we arrived. The location is close to the 30A but far enough away to remain quiet. The closest beach access was less than a 10 minute walk away. Best to get there early if you want a parking spot. If you are not renting chairs my advise would be to walk a few hundred yards down the beach from the stair beach access. You will be glad you did as the day goes on and the beach gets busier. Many great restaurants are close by. Staying in this home really made our week in Florida a great vacation with great memories.

The house was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for the week. The backyard is private with plenty of room to hangout. The house is located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, but we did rent a golf cart due to the amount of stuff (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) that we took to the beach. The owners were super easy to deal with. We are already planning on staying here again.

Absolutely wonderful time staying here. From pulling up to a pristine pebble parking lot, down to the back deck and yard, everything was perfectly clean. The house was adorable. Having a fenced yard was wonderful for the kids. They even had a pack and play. The owners could not have been nicer and more helpful. We rented a golf cart so the trip to the beach and back was a breeze. Would Absolutely stay here again! Cant wait! Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful home! Everything about it was absolutely perfect! Exceptionally clean, well stocked with all of the essentials you’d need… from kitchen items to bikes, to towels and beach gear! Perfect place for our family of 5. Just a short 10 min walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance to visit too. We loved it! Owners were amazing with communication!

What a cute and beautiful property! The house is everything you want in a beach cottage, outdoor shower, back porch with hot tub and dining area, wonderful front porch & a great little front yard. Then there is the inside which is straight out of a magazine!!! We were allowed to check in a little early since we made great time coming down from TN. We asked John if we could park the car and take the golf cart we rented to the beach and he said that we could go on and check in! We had no issues with the property, it was clean and everything worked great. We had an internet outage for a brief period and I reached out and in less than 10 minutes we had it up and working. The neighborhood is "vintage" Blue Mountain. There are no 5 story houses around you, a nice quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of Blue Mabels (amazing restaurant!), Big Daddy's Bike Shop, Blue Mountain Bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen and Blue Mountain Creamery. The beach is not a bad walk but we take a lot to the beach so we used the golf cart and bikes. The kitchen was stocked fantastically well and the linens were super nice. We always bring our own supplies since we have learned the hard way after coming down the past 12 years but they hass extra paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee even. The only negative is storage, we had to get creative because the closets are sma-all. But I will take that any day to stay again in this lovely cottage in Blue Mountain.

This is our 3rd time back and we've already booked again for next year. The house is so wonderfully designed and decorated, and it's a short walk to the beach while also being far away enough from any crowds.

Stayed for 6 days and while the weather was chilly the cottage was perfection! John was so easy to work with and quick to respond when we had a question. Beautiful remodel with everything we needed! Will definitely visit again!

What an amazing home. It had everything we needed and as a family of 6, that says a lot. We were not lacking anything. Even when it was cold outside, (December vacation) the hot tub and constant hot water from the shower outside kept us more than happy. Very clean and we will definitely be coming back!

This property was spot on to the pictures, it was a bit smaller than we expected, but was enough space for our family of 5. There were also extra amenities that were not listed but were awesome to have (beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cornhole boards, cleaning supplies, and a lot of extras in the kitchen). The hot tub was a great bonus for us and we utilized it every day of our stay. The property owners were quick to respond to an issue that was out of their control upon check-in and it was resolved within an hour. They also proactively reached out when there was an issue with the local beach access offering an alternative solution. The beach access close to this property is easy to get to with plenty of parking. Our preferred access point was 2 miles down the road at Ed Walline Reginal Beach Access, there are clean bathrooms here and across the street, to several local restaurants if you want to grab a bit to eat. We also walked to blue mountain creamery a few times for dessert, the ice cream there is fantastic. I would highly recommend the area and this property for a couples getaway, girls' trip, or family stay.

Our Fall Break stay at the Blue Mountain Beach cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The street was quiet and we enjoyed the convenience to our favorite places both by car and walking. The house was fun and had everything we needed, down to the smallest details. The porch and deck were great places for a morning cup of coffee or hanging out in the evening. It was a quick trip, but one of our favorite places we've stayed. John and Kelley were great hosts. We're looking forward to the next time we can stay here again.

This is our fourth time to Blue Mountain and this was absolutely our favorite place to stay. It is the perfect size for a family and has EVERYTHING you need. The proximity to the public beach access is excellent and is close walking distance to some great dining options like Blue Mabel and Cowgirl Kitchen. We 100% plan on staying here again when we return to the area next year.

My beautiful new Wife and I spent a week in this amazing home for a full week. We were blown away at how incredibly well kept it is and how much it had to offer. The pictures they have of this place are great, but it's even better in person! It's a few minutes away from the beach and the best part is they have everything you need from beach chairs, boogie boards, sand buckets, to a pull cart to transport the stuff and bikes to ride through town. We had an A/C issue that wasn't major at all but it was handled in less than an hour. The owners are great people and very proud of their VRBO as they should be. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our marriage and we look forward to coming back with our future children and family! If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Florida next to Crystal clear water white sand beaches, look no further! This is the perfect for a couple escaping the craziness of life or a family looking to enjoy a relaxing get away together. Thank yall for an amazing stay! I look forward to our next!

We had the best week staying at The Bluefish Cottage! We have stayed all over 30A and definitely prefer the Blue Mountain / Grayton area. We love the laid-back vibe and easy access to plenty of good restaurants. There is a new coffee shop super-close to the cottage that has absolutely wonderful coffee (and ice cream next door). The cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Bluefish was great. The property was better than we expected. Very well appointed and extremely clean. The hot tub and backyard was a great place to wind down for the evening. The location is close to anything you may need in Blue mountain. The host was great. We look forward to staying here again.

My husband, myself , son and DIL spent 5 nights at this nice home. Perfect space for 2 couples. Another son and his family were a block away. We spent evenings in front yard having dinner and visiting. Back yard is nice but fans and breeze drew us to front yard. Kitchen well equipped. Cute everything. Owners responsive to questions. Great time. Note: come prepared. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper and 3 dishwasher pods for 5 nights.

Absolutely perfect!
This is our second time to this beautiful home and we love it. The home itself is gorgeous and the owners clearly put a lot of thought into getting the design right. The neighborhood is great with many of the original homes still there. We’re not really into the massive new beach homes that pop up everywhere along 30A, and this one has everything you need. It’s a short walk or bike ride to the beach, and we went to Blue Mountain Bakery daily for our breakfast. Our 2 girls (ages 8 and 11) love swimming in the beautiful gulf and enjoy trying to catch little anoles (lizards) around the house and playing in the yard. The outdoor shower with jasmine dripping over it is divine. This time when we arrived the large glass patio table in the back had been broken by a heavy storm a couple days earlier so it wasn’t available to us. The owners quickly replaced it with a table they had, and it worked perfectly. They were in regular communication with us about anything and clearly love the home. Can’t wait to return!

Really cute house
The house was great. Had everything we needed. It rained four out of the six days we were there so we were stuck in the house a lot. All of the games helped. The internet went out a lot and YouTube Netflix etc wouldn’t work on tv in master bedroom. The walk to the beach was far for younger ones so we drove but there was very little parking. And always full. We found another beach entrance up the road by Goatfeathers but it was the same. I would have to drop everyone off and drive around for 45 minutes waiting for someone to leave so I could park. Really frustrating. Also the beach was very very crowded in that area
