I would definitely stay again.

The location was great and the host was awesome!

There was a good bit of noise from the cars on the street.

Pleasant

The host was great! He was very responsive. The room had of the basic necessities and it was clean.

The outside traffic sounds were very loud. It made it very difficult to sleep. If the owner can sound proof the windows and door it might help.

Awesome,amazing,outstanding!!!!!

We are so thankful for Louis, The property was extremely clean. Everything was awesome,The manager was in contact with us at all times,perfect location.close to the Beach,Bakery’s,restaurants. It was much way cleaner than the five stars Hotels!!!

Good place but,...

Secure parking. Clean. Owner was very responsive. Amenities and wifi. Good value.

Address was confusing. It's actually a two sided building. A neighbor had helped us find it. Entry and unit itself is actually on road 868 and faces 868. Very noisy street. Music blaring from cars, and loud mufflers even at night. Also be aware that it's great to have a door gate outside the entry door for security, but the only way to unlock/lock it from the inside is with a key. There is no other way to exit the room but thru this gate, and in an emergency, you cannot quickly exit if it's locked with the key. Closet door falls off the track--we did not want to break it so we only used half the closet; not able to get hot water from the bathroom sink. The faucet lever does not turn to hot water because of the glass shelf in the way. Minimal daylight/views from the two small screened jalousie windows.

Superb

Logistically perfect: located just between the capital and the best beaches on the Northern coast. The property is completely equipped. A friendliest and helpful owner, always ready to help.

Exceptional

There was nothing to hate restaurants and bars are all walking distance. Beach maybe half a mile away. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It's worth your money . If we ever travel back Louis, we will be calling you personally......thank you so much for a wonderful stay......Chacho and Sylvia Cavazos

I would reserve there again.

It was right size like studio with kitchen and bathroom. Neighborhood was ok and convenient location; walking distance of supermarket, restaurants etc. The location of the house was about 5 minute from the ocean. The apartment has everything; the owner was very considerate; I found bottles of water and kitchen had almost everything you need.

A little bit noisy; lots of car passing and some with loud noise in the night and early in the morning too. A neighbor was working in his yard with machines at 6:30 in the morning.

I like that the beach and stores were close to the location.

I didn’t like the location too much. I had to open a big and heavy gate every time, I had to go out to buy something.

Amazing customer service!!!!!

The amazing and comfortable bed. The customer service amazing!!!!

The shower, we love the pressure but the hot water was super good.
