Lovely spacious villa and pool in convenient location for coves, town centre and tram. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Quiet area car a must, use the scooter app for the younger ones, but the villa and pool great. Need to sort out drain smells in lower level bedroos and add a couple of more loungers Otherwise a great place

Malo Para empezar, anunciaban cuatro dormitorios pero en realidad, la parte más decente para alojarte es la de arriba. La parte de abajo es vergonzosa. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, sin apenas ventilación y una de ellas tiene una parte abierta (tipo barra americana) por lo que no hay intimidad alguna. Y de hecho, en la página web sólo hay fotos de las habitaciones de la parte de arriba y una de las de abajo. El olor a humedad es insoportable, y ellos lo saben porque tienen puesto ambientados muy grandes bajo las camas. La ropa no puede colgarse en los armarios por el olor a humedad que hay en esa zona. Luego está el tema de los mosquitos.... nadie cuenta que existe una fosa séptica debajo de la piscina, por lo que si queréis veranear en esta casa debéis preparar unos cuantos botes de repelente y otros cuantos para las picaduras de mosquitos que serán tantas que desearéis acabar vuestras naciones antes de lo previsto. A parte de todo esto.... la zona de fuera no estaba mal, aunque las playas prometidas no eran tampoco lo esperado.

Spędziliśmy udane wakacje.Ogólny stan Willi dobry.Basen czysty.Z jeziora widać morze,ale z tego miejsca nie dało się płynąć. Wybrzeże było kamieniste, pofalowane i bardzo omszałe.Nie wynajmowaliśmy domku z dwoma basenami.Mieliśmy możliwość wejścia na basen o każdej godzinie dnia.Supermarket był 1km. Przystanek tramwajowy 1 km.Okolica w której znajduje się Willa jest cicha, miejsce na odpoczynek.Idealne na spędzenie czasu z rodziną. Dopóki byłem w willi, wifi nie działało. Ogólnie dobrze się bawiliśmy, dziękujemy właścicielce firmy, chcielibyśmy ponownie spędzić wakacje w tym samym miejscu.

House was clean and tidy on our arrival however pool was a little murky but somebody did turn up most days to clean out and maintain. Location was very quiet and calming however set in a very hilly village which needs to be considered if you enjoy walking or have young (or teenage) children. Amenities in the village were limited but there were some good bars and restaurants to eat but few of them making choice of meals limited. Tram stop was only a 5 minute walk away so access to El Campello town was easy for more eating choices and good beach. A few issues during our stay such as electric tripping out whilst cooking and drains becoming blocked. However Cathy was very responsive and dealt with these issues quickly. A man was sent to cut back the trees during one of our days at the villa and although we were given a phone call to inform us of this it was only with 30 minutes notice and he was there for a good part of the day meaning the kids couldn't access the pool for most of the day. The only other issues that we encountered was the extra charge for using electricity. There was no mention of this in the listing or in the contract I was asked to sign. We were informed upon our arrival that we would be allocated 150KW of electric use for our 10 day stay and anything over would be charged extra. This proved to be no where near enough for a family of 8 people for 10 days resulting in a request for extra payment on our departure. Overall a nice property and a good family holiday but would suggest consideration if you are used to a more active holiday.

I spent a week at the villa and all was as described by Cathy : very nice, the villa was clean and the private pool was awsome! Thank you Cathy, I recommend this residence !!

The villa is set in a quiet neighborhood, which met our needs to relax. We are a family of 5 with the youngest being 3 years old. The pool was great although they failed on the maintenance side as it hadn't been cleaned whilst we were there resulting in us not being able to use it for a day! The tram is a short walk from the villa, and the times are shown for when and which tram is going where on the platform. You can pay for your ride on the tram. Keep in mind that you are on coast level and there are a couple of hills behind the villa. Having little feet with us, did cause some moaning but we got there in the end. We felt disappointed with the restaurants in the square , we would have liked to see a verity of Spanish foods rather then English. There are a few safety issues with the villa if you do have small children. The terrace has a surround with an opening at the end. If the Air-Conditioning is on in the main house, it can make the outside steps quite slippery as the unit's pipes trickle towards them. If you're prone to mosquito bites, make sure you're prepared. Overall the family had it's break and time together. Would we go back...No.
