Upstairs the generous living area enjoys spectacular sea views and includes a 50 inch full HD TV with Chromecast, DVD and CD player with docking station. Across the landing, the main bedroom also has sea views, ample storage and a TV with integral DVD player together with a very comfortable double bed, and with a shower room next door. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two 3 foot single beds, which can clip and zip into a super king sized bed if required. There is a bathroom with shower downstairs, and a laundry room with 1600 spin speed washing machine and large clothes airer. All towels and bedlinen are included as well as a welcome pack to get you started. The owners live 5 minutes away if you should require any advice or assistance. Cot and high chair are available, and a safety gate is fitted at the top of the stairs. This property is maintained in IMMACULATE condition: please note that SMOKING is permitted ONLY in the covered area outside and on the balcony; please also note that we only accept bookings from FAMILIES/COUPLES, PETS ARE NOT NORMALLY ALLOWED (Please ask for details). There is enough space to park 2 or even 3 cars with ease. Newquay Airport is 20 minutes away by taxi, the train station is a 10 minute walk away, and the bus station a 2 minute walk.
