About this house rental

This lovely property is perfect for couples, friends and families. It is a true home from home sleeping 6 comfortably. Inside the property you’ll find a large spacious living area offering a corner sofa for lounging and a dedicated dining area for 6, this leads directly out through double patio doors to the private garden which is perfect for a family barbecue or some Al Fresco dining.  You will also find a bright fully equipped kitchen that offers all the necessary amenities for you to practice your culinary skills, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, food processor, cooking utensils and crockery. There is a round glass table with seating for 4 people. On the 1st floor the property boasts 3 good size double bedrooms, The master bedroom is an en-suite and a further 2 double rooms share the family bathroom.  There is also a further cloakroom downstairs, The master bedroom has a balcony to the front of the property overlooking the pool, the second double has a balcony over the garden and surrounding areas and the third double has a window overlooking the garden.  The property also has a large roof terrace accessed from the 1st floor providing panoramic views on all sides of Portimao, Alvor, Praia da Rocha,  Monchique mountain and the surrounding countryside, which is perfect for watching the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine or stargazing into the night or private sunbathing during the day.  There are several golf courses within a very short drive of the property, so it's a great central location as a base for those that want to explore all of the courses the Algarve has to offer.  A short drive to the beautiful long beaches of Alvor, Praia da Rocha and the busy towns of Portimão, Alvor and Lagos. If you don't want to stay too far from home 5-minute stroll will find you in the nearby resort of Oasis Park boasts a good bar, and a few local restaurants which are open to the public within a 10 minutes walk is a lovely traditional Portuguese restaurant called Campus.   The medieval town of Silves is around 20 minutes drive with its historic walled castle and old town and Lagos is approximately a 20 to 25 minutes drive.  SEF REQUIREMENTS. The house is well appointed. Clean and functional. Communication with the host was great and easy. Would recommend and stay again!

Vantagens: Check-in adequado e afável, condomínio muito cuidado, casa com boas dimensões e bem estimada.. Desvantagens: louça limitada, obriga a lavar tudo de imediato. Não tem talheres de sobremesa. Alguns vizinhos residentes lidam mal com as visitas e são bastante indelicados. As marquesas da piscina são dos próprios condóminos, sendo que não nos foram disponibilizadas as da própria casa.

Super appartement, bien situé mais manque d’équipement. Pas suffisamment de vaisselle, d’ustensiles, de savon etc. Par contre, bien meublé, moderne, belle petite terrasse et joli patio pour les repas du soir.

Communication with Gianny was fantastic and the villa itself was immaculate. It is in a lovely private gated development with a large communal pool with plenty of room for sunbeds. Despite us being there in peak summer holidays it was relatively quiet and often we had the pool to ourselves which was great. The location on the listing is misleading as it isn’t actually in Alvor and is just on the outskirts of Portimao - Gianny’s directions are perfect so ignore the location quide with the listing! You will need a car as it is a little remote although only a 5/10 minute drive to Alvor or Portimao. We had a wonderful time and will definitely look to return.

1st rate accommodation in a quiet gated community. Access to the pool and sun areas were straight forward and local services and access to the main town were very good.
