Excellent accommodation, perfect location

Location for the property is ideal. Barely 5 minutes walk away from beach and main avenue, 5th. Underground parking for trips further afield also.

My new favorite place to stay at!

Great accommodation & location. Clean and well thought out, had the essentials & more. We essentially booked for 5 nights but extended our stay & booked another 8 nights. The apartment had a washer & dryer & surprisingly a dishwasher (dishwasher tablets, dish scrub and liquid were also provided), 20L drinking water, ample drawer/wardrobe space, loved the huge king bed, loved the rainforest/back garden section & plus the rooftop. I specially loved the nice breeze that came in through the bedroom door. Alan was very helpful, a great host. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

The air con in the lounge didn’t work properly that’s why I gave it a score of 9 but it was really a no biggie. If you open the bedroom door & the lounge door, there was a nice breeze that would come through. It also said in the description that it was a one room air con apartment.

We liked it !

Great location with great facilities. Thought was invested on the small details to make us feel at home. We originally ordered a few nights but were very satisfied so extended our stay.

Great apartment and location

The apartment was great, large and fully equipped. The gym is fantastic as is the location and the pool was clean and had a great view.

We were on the ground floor, room number 1 which is right by the front door so could hear everyone coming and going while we were in bed late at night. Also pool area has no umbrellas so not much shade.

Very convenient location with all that you need for a short term stay. Our host was super attentive and even helped us bring our luggage from the bus. Check in was a breeze. No hidden fees or hassles

Superb

We enjoyed our stay - location is amazing - all restaurants , bars, beach and food shops are minutes away . We enjoyed jacuzzi every day during the sunset and jd breakfast on our balcony. Comfortable bed . They have everything you might need - dishwasher , laundry and the dryer, iron , even yoga mat.

The apartment was beautiful well equipped and very clean. The location was close enough to the center. The staff was nice and very helpful.

The nextdoor building had chickens, roosters and dogs in their yard and the noise level at night was horrible starting from around 1am till 7 am. We'd wake up multiple times during the night due to the dogs barking and roosters shouting. The rooftop hot tub didn't have hot water, and one of the showers didn't have enough water pressure to actually be able to use it. The apartment is nice and clean but not worth the price we paid 280$ per night.

Awesome place to stay.

I love the place . It is out of the hustling bustling area and across this has the most amazing restaurant Nordic. Anyone stays at 15 Papaya should go stop by and see Chef Luca. Also it is very close to the beach walking distance. Convenient absolutely wonderful. Alex is great to greet us and always responsive and communicate with us through whatsapp.

At first the taxi driver has a little bit difficult finding the place. But Alex found us and brought us to the place.

Wonderful

Very nice bedrooms(each with own bathroom), large and very well equipped living room + kitchenette, amazing private large terrace on top floor. Marco was great, gave us a lot of info for restaurants, beaches and sent an Xcaret employee to book activities.

Sometimes there is loud music from nearby bars.

Excellent apartment

This apartment was clean and in a very good location, near 5th avenue. The stuff was very helpful and friendly and very responsive. Is very well equipped and the pool on the rooftop was amazing. In the building there is a gym also. I really enjoyed staying in this apartment and I totally recommend it.

Exceptional

Large space including all necessary equipments to make you feel like home. Balcony perfect their out the day and had also roof access were a jacuzzi was stationed. The cushions were past their time but it was the perfect place to relax. All worked like a breeze and if need something support was always available for water replacement or other questions. Several items such as bathroom amenities and kitchen starter kit was ready to get easy started. Overall recommended when looking for full fitted apartment home stay feel.

Very minor things I did noticed but did not changed my mind about the place. Twin bed bathroom shower wasn’t working, no water but I did not reported as one shower in master bed room was ok. Black flooring overall a little dirty and need to wear shoes. Cleaning promised mid stay and lady came 1 time 8am during breakfast (mentioned not at the time) and never returned (I could have asked but always missed it and cleaned myself). Be aware of the noise from the neighbor chickens, they start early.
