We had a WONDERFUL stay here with our family! Everything about our visit exceeded expectations - the gracious and communicative hosts, the proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops, the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, watching the sunset from the pool & hot tub every evening, relaxing by the big-screen TV, and resting in the spacious and comfortable rooms. The available recreational amenities were also very fun and much appreciated! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Siesta Key!

The house and the location are fabulous. Had a great family vacation. Lots of space in the house. Lots of very nice amenities and decor. Beach was a 6 minute walk through a very nice, safe neighborhood. The swimming pool got used as much as the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

What a wonderful family vacation! The home is perfect! It is in a great location close to both downtown and the beach. My only recommendation is if you have little ones to maybe rent a golf cart to make trips to dinner a little easier and quicker. The hosts were great when we had a few questions. They responded quickly and made sure everything worked perfectly! I don’t think it could have been better! Also the sunsets from the dock are beautiful as well!

EVERYTHING about this rental was perfect! The home is very clean, updated, well-stocked, and exactly as described in listing. . The pool, hot tub, and canal are amazing! Six of us stayed here, and there was plenty of space and beds for everyone. Having use of the kayaks was especially nice. We enjoyed paddling the canal. The proximity to the beach (less than 5-minute walk) was so great, as was having beach chairs, pool floats, and bikes. Having the village within walking distance (15 - 20 minutes) was also great. The communication with the owner was also fantastic! Do NOT hesitate to rent this place. You will be so happy that you did! We definitely plan to return next summer.

This property is well maintained and great for a relaxing getaway and easily accommodated our active group of 8 adults. The location was perfect and was just a short walk to the beach and a relaxing walk or bike ride into town. We enjoyed all the amenities including the amazing beach cart, bikes, kayaking/paddle boards, and the private pool/hot tub. It was so peaceful on the canal and we were able to do yoga and workouts right on the dock or go for a walk/run though town or on the beach. The owner was super responsive to messages. This is a great place for adults and families looking for a relaxing vacation.

What’s not to love about this house?! It’s got everything you’d want for your holiday at the beach. So truly this house is just wonderful! Both the front and back yard are tranquil and beautiful and there is always the sound of running water. The house is super comfortable, large, open, roomy. In our party was my parents, my brother and his wife, my sister and her husband, and me and my husband and our 4 year old and almost 2 year old. We took the master and put my 2 year old in the pack and play that was at the house in the master closet and my 4 year old slept in the king bed with my husband and I. I was at first very nervous about the pool and canal with the little ones but there were lots of adults watching and the little pool between the swimming pool and the hot tub was IDEAL for my girls to play in safely. The house came stocked with so many things. We did not rent a car, and use the Frog trolley to ride around the island for tips only. Every night for supper we would call them about 20 minutes before we wanted to go and they would pick us up at our house and take us straight to our restaurant. We did walk home on the beach several times (about a mile walk I'd say) but with 2 little kids that tended to get long. The beach was an EASY walk and just perfect. The house pretty much has every appliance you can think of. Its a very techy house and honestly that could probably be considered a downfall... my siblings and I are very techy (by BIL is an engineer) and we all struggled IMMENSELY with the tv remotes (probably the most common statement watching tv was "this is the dumbest system I have ever used") my dad COULD NOT watch tv without asking one of us to help him. We did sort of get it figured out, but it was really rather complicated and we were all very worried about breaking it. If you use more than 15% of the propane tank heating the hot tub they charge you... which we weren't sure how much that would take... we ran the hot tub at least once a day and at least so far we were not charged. We had a problem with the pool and hot tub temp and they immediately called out their house manager and pool specialist which was really nice. Though when they discovered a problem they sort of insinuated we had physically pried something off, which we most certainly NEVER did.... Then after that they asked us to text them when we wanted to use the hot tub instead of just pressing the button... which was a little annoying. But all in all they were SUPER nice and easy to get ahold of and we absolutely ADORED the house and cannot wait to go back again!

We had a fantastic weekend at this property! The owners communicated with us every step of the way and made check in and check out very easy. They were always available and super attentive to anything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect and the house itself is fully stocked and organized. We were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property which is extremely important to us!

Great location, beautiful home, quiet easy access to beach .

The pictures of this house don’t really capture the ambience and tranquility of the inside. This rental made our return visit to Siesta Key our most relaxing visit yet. Our favorite hangout room soon became the enclosed sunroom overlooking the swimming pool, boat dock and canal. We also took advantage of the many recreational items stored in the garage for our use. Even the kitchen was filled with high-end countertop appliances which we enjoyed using—though the kitchen invited cooking, we took a vacation-break from that chore. If you’re looking for a relaxing, upscale place on Siesta Key with many of the things you enjoy in your own home, we highly recommend this place.

This home was exactly how it was pictured! Amazing location, a very short walk to the beach and about a mile to the village. The house was fully stocked and we had the ability to use the kayaks on the canal. We had a perfect stay here and will definitely be back. The owner was very responsive and easily accessible if needed.

This house couldn’t be in a more ideal location in Siesta Key! Minutes to the beach, the village, easy access by bike all over the island, and right on the canal which made it super easy to go paddle-boarding often! Our family of 7 plus grandparents LOVED our stay here and want to come back! The owner is responsive and helpful. Our children couldn’t get enough of the pool! We want to stay again..... soon!

Really nice house with a great location. You can find everithing to enjoy your stay in this house (bikes, swiming pool, jacuzzi, grill, etc) and just steeps away to the beach.

We stayed at this home recently and loved everything about it! The home was clean, stocked and lots of space for our family of 10.... the pool was gorgeous and having our boat right in the backyard was wonderful! The beach was truly a short 5min walk!!!! We will definitely be back! I think our only request was for more coffee cups- we like coffee! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

This house and our stay in Siesta Key far surpassed our expectations. The house is beautiful and meticulously clean! The owners were super easy to communicate with and ready, at a moments notice, to answer any questions! We had not one complaint about this house, the owners or Siesta Key, only that we wished we had stayed longer!! We HIGHLY recommend this house and would stay here again. No question!

From the time we drove up to when we drove away, our family could not stop talking about how amazing this house was. Not only did it have everything you could ever need, it has the vibe of a house that love built. Beds are super comfy, kitchen well appointed, location cannot be beat, and beautiful surroundings. Could easily house two families or couples with plenty of space to be together. Owner was very accessible and very nice. We will be talking about this vacation home for a very long time. Truly a neighborhood gem❤️❤️
