hele mooie kamer, goede locatie bij Europesche commissie gebouw.

ik was hier de tweede keer en een geweldige upgrade van het gebouw. De kamers zijn prachtig opgeknapt en er is nu ook een restaurant/bar. prima bed, schone badkamer met prima rainshower douche. De locatie is prima om snel bij het Rogierplein te zijn (Europese commissie).

op de voorlaatste dag is er blijkbaar in mijn badkamer geschilderd. Het stonk vreselijk en de verfdampen hingen in de kamer. De ramen kunnen niet open, zodat er weinig aan te doen was. Het is heel goed, dat de handdoeken bij een kort verblijf van twee nachten niet vervangen worden, maar als je dan een schoenindruk (waarschijnlijk van de persoon die verfde?) op de vloerdoek voor de douche ziet, is dat niet in orde en die had uitgewisseld moeten worden.

Clean but very, very basic.

Basic but still clean and modern.

Mattress was quite uncomfortable and vending machine, in the absence of a tea and coffee making facilities, was out of order which was quite disappointing.

Need to increase customer experience

Location in the center of Bruxelles. Beds sre comfortable and the room was clean.

Cold water every morning, only one plug in the room, TV wasnt working well, we couldnt take to our room an external friend to plan the next day (even for 20 min),and asked us every single time during 4 days which room we have but to have a guy on drugs at the hallway from reception was not a problem for them.

Very good location for short visits in Brussels

Location in city center is very good. Convenient next to metro. Room good and large. Room and toilet clean. Ironing space available. Lockers available at location after checkout

Price quality ratio is perfect.

The official at the reception was so helpful. He accepted us earlier than ordinary check in time free off charge. Whenever we needed a help he was always ready to help us and answered our question in a polite way.

The room was a bit small. But it is ok. There was no soap in the toilet. I used bath shower jel.

Very good

compact room, very good location, clean, tv, wifi, towels, soap.

Even though visually it was clean, there was a weird smell in the washroom. We don't know the source, maybe old pipes. Second thing, in the coffee machine the choices were very limited and the machine did not accept card.

Ideal location

Excellent location right next to the main shopping street but wasn’t loud. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Beds very comfortable and room was very clean. Would definitely stay again

I came to Brussels for a meeting and I needed a place to sleep. The hotel was okay for this purpose

Hotel is very centrally located. The bathroom was clean. The sheets were immaculate. The front desk staff were kind.

I think the previous guests had used the room for a party. Although it was a non-smoking room, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector on the ceiling, and one of the walls was covered with odd beige drip marks.

Good for short trips, but not for those sensible of the ear

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was also quite good. Good value for money for short business trips.

The room had a very noisy air duct that was always working. Even with the AC off it kept doing quite a loud noise. My room was on the 8th and last floor and I think that plays a role. Couldn't open the windows (I knew beforehand, but still). The water temperature had quite some variations.

Location is good and stuff is friendly.

Our staying did not include breakfast. Location was great.

At the check in we were informed that cleaning occures every second day. During four days of staying in the hotel our room was not cleaned. Room was not dirty but trash could have been thrown out. Other than that everything was great.
