Położenie nad jeziorem, ja byłem jesienią, więc latem powinno być jeszcze lepiej - piasek od strony hotelu nad jeziorem i bardzo płytkie zejście, idealne dla dzieci.
Pokój dla dzieci do 8 lat i młodszych super, dla starszych przydałby się PS/Xbox.
Basen ok.
Panie, które sprzątały bardzo miłe, obsługa restauracji też ok.
Szlafroki w pokojach bez dodatkowej opłaty, ręczniki dostępne na basenie.
Parking bez dodatkowej opłaty.
Obsługa na recepcji - jakby pracowała za karę. Bez sprawdzenia rezerwacji opieprz, że przyjechałem z dwójką dzieci, po kilku minutach i sprawdzeniu rezerwacji recepcja potwierdziła, że rezerwacja i płatność jednak była za dwójkę dzieci. Przy wyjeździe podobne wrażenie.
Jedzenie z karty niepotrzebnie przekombinowane, dzieci zamówiły naleśniki z serem, spaghetti bolognese, praktycznie nic nie zjadły (ser w naleśnikach doprawiony sztuczną wanilią taką jak się dodaje do kiepskich ciast, makaron również czymś doprawiony), żurek wyglądał ok niby wszystko jest ale bez smaku. Generalnie sposób podania wszystko wygląda apetycznie ale chyba kucharz chce dodać coś ekstra co niekoniecznie dodaje smaku.

First time we went there with our child. We haven’t noticed the playroom before and it was amazing and very well equipped for young children. Our son didn’t want to leave. Resort is obviously family friendly but those little things you understand only when you’re a parent already… Nice kids menu and elasticity from the kitchen to provide for the tiny ones also with the buffet option. There is also a large and well equipped playground outside. The spa is fantastic and the massages and treatments we had were wonderful (although the temperature in the massage rooms could be a couple of degrees higher to make it more comfortable and relaxing).
We have stayed here twice before and never had any issues, however this was before we had a child. Our third stay was the first with our three year old when we first realised the issue with the door locks on the room. The locks are designed to quickly unlock by simply turning the handle, however for a three year old who is able to reach the handle, this also means there is no way to secure the door from the inside to prevent a curious child from escaping (which he tried to do several times and was easily able to open the door. We asked the hotel reception and cleaning staff about this and were advised that the only solution was to barricade the door with one of the heavy armchairs from the room. While this worked, it was also a hazard had there been an emergency. This issue could easily be resolved by installing a chain lock on the door inside the room. The second issue was the smell in the shower which had an overpowering smell of iron, like bathing in rust. Either this is caused by a high iron content in the local water supply or an issue with the hot water system. Either way it was not something we noticed during previous stays and was quite unpleasant at first. Whilst the spa inside is exceptionally clean and well maintained, the water in the outdoor hot tubs smelled stale, like it had not been properly chemically treated or recently changed. Another issue was on the first night a number of excessively drunk people were shouting and screaming vulgar language, stumbling and vomiting in the grass until well after midnight around the smoking area outside the reception directly below our room. The security guard who was outside was more interested in checking that the bikes were secure outside and escorting non guests from the property but no one spoke to these drunk guests to ask them to keep their voices down and be respectful of the other guests. The final issue was in the playroom.
