It was decent but wouldn’t do it again.

The service was decent but the language barrier was hard.

They did not advertise on booking that this is a love hotel meant for couples. Also, there were no taxis in the local area to get back to the airport

Staff physically locked us in our room and extorted money out of us.

Absolutely horrible. Hotel staff physically locked us in our room and refused to allow us to leave until we paid the amount they were over charging us. Our booking was for two days and would have costed us around ¥14.000 (~€90). They demanded ¥20.000 (~€130), locking us in our room until we paid that amount. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them considering the staff didn’t speak any English. Even after calling booking.com’s customer service they confirmed that the hotel was over charging us. The customer service representative called the hotel to tell them to charge us the right amount and to let us leave. The hotel still refused, keeping us locked in. I ended up paying the full (over charged) amount just so that we would be release from that room. This all happened within the first day of us is arriving there. We ended up leaving and going to a second hotel because we were so uncomfortable there (you would be two if staff locked you in your room). In the end this experience costed me way to much stress and money (not only the amount the amount they over charged but also the cost of my phone bill from calling customers service from abroad and booking a new hotel on such short notice). If you want some masochist escape room where you have to navigate language barrier while being extorted, this hotel will be perfect for you! If you’d like a stress free stay where your person isn’t threatened I suggest you stay faraway from this place. Also, this hotel ended up being a love hotel. Nowhere on the page in that mentioned, would have been nice to know.

My Mobil phone was losed in Hotel room and delivered to my assigned place. It’s appreciated greatly for their efforts.

Luxury and big room. Free breakfast service at room. Big TV and interesting programs.

Great staff but make sure it's none smoking before you book

I liked how nice the rooms were, the staff was great, bed comfy and plenty of space on the room with lots of options.

It smells like cigarette smoke and no matter how much air freshener you us the smell never leaves, also it was odd and my first time where I had to call staff to exit the room.

I will not be staying here next year!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I have stayed in numerous “Love Hotels” around Japan on working trips, and always enjoy the bigger rooms and free parking, but this was the first time I was required to check out and check back in at 6 pm each day. This was a major inconvenience and for this reason I will not stay here next year.

No keys, locked from the outside, trapped inside, not good for long term stays.

People should really be informed that once you check in here you cannot come and go as you please, this was not mentioned in any of the reviews and it was a major inconvenience. This place was intended for couples in Japan to hook up. My colleges were in town for a conference and were not informed, and had to be locked in the room unable to explore the area whenever we wanted and even coming back in to grab umbrellas was a nightmare. I would never stay here again due to just that. This place is a potential fire hazard if you need to get out you cannot.
