Good proximity to a train station and supermarket. Room was clean and offered everything we could need. Staff were very responsive on Whattsapp and sorted out any issues quickly.
The app check in did not work on our Android devices despite troubleshooting. The staff were quick to respond online though and once we were inside (using an older spare phone we had with us) they were able to remotely set up a key card for us.

Spacious,clean,had all basic essentials/kitchenette. We needed 3 beds, which it had.
We had an apartment at the rear of the building,which was very quiet despite the whole building being on a very busy road. Decent value.
Please note, we tend to use accomodation mainly to sleep in, as we tend to go out in the daytime.
The glass window to the balcony had a full length metal shutter over it, which we weren't aware how to raise (eventually did).The balcony door again was a little difficult to determine how to open fully to access the balcony(eventually we did). This unfortunately meant we couldn't always have the shutter raised/door open, so the room was really hot(early August) despite there being a fan-I think there was a canvas type blind on the outer part of the balcony but we didn't stay long enough to tyr to lower it-this may have helped. The balcony door couldn't fully open due to the beds, however I think there was room to move them. The view from the balcony was of what appeared like an unoccupied derelict house. I didn't mind it too much as it was characterful.
We also struggled to find it but once we did get the right bus/work out where it was,it was only maybe 10 minute ride from the city centre plus short maybe 300 yard walk to the bus stop.
No microwave.
I appreciate all these issues may have or were resolved after making enquiries or finally working out how to access the said things.

Clean, excellent location, great communication on line. The beds were very comfortable. Within easy access of centre, by public transport.
It is value for money, as Switzerland is very expensive
Cooker needs new controls as the markings have rubbed off. Makes cooking a guessing game.
Would prefer a human reception as we had difficulty working the door system. We were eventually helped by another guest. Then we tried to help someone else, wasn't very successful.

The staff wasn’t supportive at all. I tried calling them for almost an hour they didn’t even bother to respond.
