Ban Chang Tong is a very handily, very well located hotel, and the facilities are good, the pool is nice, the room was excellent this time, better than our previous stay. And we enjoy using Ban Chang Tong as our base when we're in Chiang Mai.

Really authentic Northern thai style decoration and architecture.
Probably the door between the room to the bathroom that was not well functioning. But not major.

Really a gem so beautiful interior design for a very reasonable price! Comfy beds, and great location. Swimming pool is really refreshing since it hardly gets any sun

The windowless rooms are tiny and not great the bigger ones are good
The staff is trying their best to keep the property clean it’s just starting to get run down
The female front desk staff is amazing and helpful although the male staff is clueless
The walls are super thin - you will hear the people coughing and laughing in the room next door
