Pleasant

The villa was a good size in a great location. Check in and out were easy. The WiFi didn’t work but this was fixed quickly. The beds were comfortable and clean. Rooms were a very good size and each room locked individually. Aircon in rooms was good.

The pool turned my hair green, it was the only pool I’ve been in which did - I had to pay the hairdressers for a removal treatment. The showers were shocking - just a dribble of water.

The villa looks great on the photos but actually it’s a little bit old. maybe if all of the stuff are fixed, it’s gonna

The pool was great but a little bit dusty, The kitchen was well equipped, bedroom was comfortable, the location is strategic. and the staff was great, everyday the room was cleaned

so disaapointed about the water because it was turning on and off every 4 minutes and the shower a little bit broken. everynight we could smell something unpleasent. there is no parking spot so we should pay 30k/day for the spot. the living room kinda hot because the aircon wasn’t work.

The price is reasonable, the place near the beach, the kitchen equipment is good

The water was off at night.. we couldnt reach the staff cellphone at night.. so we have to wait until morning to get water..

Exceptional

Everything is great. The staff were very helpful and the place are well maintained. Breakfast is delicious, the room were spacious, the pool is refreshing and great for family. Thank you

The previous guest were heavysmoker and it seems the sofa need to be steamed. But the staff is really helpful and provide the perfume spray.

Nice villa, clean, excellent staff.

We were very satisfied with Putu, she gave her attention to us, very kind, polite and friendly. Always with a smile. :) Also helped us with shopping and laundry. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds with clean sheets. The pool was very good with Buddha statue. The villa is in a quiet area close to smaller convenient stores and restaurants. The closest beach is 10 minutes by walk.

There was a strange smell in the kitchen around the sink, probably the sewage system. Also in one of the bedrooms. The water tap in the sink is not ideal. Water splashing around it.

Bedroom size good ! Lounge and kitchen area very cramped

Bathrooms very smelly Air conditioning in first bedroom very poor Entire place flooded, Poor internet And power frequently went out

Everything else was perfect! The villa is very accomodating!

Location was far from Kuta centre. Sink tap was too high from the sink, so water bounces off and wet the counter top.
