Nice venue

Cleaning fee has been taken without contact or justification. Please could this be rectified and refunded to my account. Very loud road noise. Mulitiple emails with long lists of rules. I regularly stay in accommodation have never had the cleaning fee or similar emails.

The property is unique and beautiful. Very comfortable and full of activities. Everyone should visit!

The email instructions were very clear for picking up keys. Actually all of the instructions were clear. Walking up into the church was breath taking. The beds were super soft - perhaps the pillows were a little too soft. The Church was so very well equipped - the kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, Netflix, pool table. The linen and towels were soft and very clean. The Lawson Pub was a wonderful place for an excellent meal.

The noise from the main road but this cannot be helped. The pool cues could have some chalk on them so that we could play properly. You will need your car to get to any attractions or bushwalks.

The spaciousness 😊 Very comfy beds. Linen was lovely and fresh and clean.

Shower curtain in big bath not long enough , water was all.on the floor.

Such a gorgeous church and great accommodation for families as there was plenty of space and a great room out the back with a tv, pool table and couches. We really recommend it for a group accomodation.

Overall it was a lovely place and we had a nice stay. The only things we could fault were little things... There was broken glass in the dishwasher which we found And removed as it wasn’t cleaning the dishes well, There were sheets on the sofa bed that clearly hadn’t been changed as they had marks and whilst we understand that there was a security camera outside to protect the property our friends felt uncomfortable that it meant the children who were playing in the rear yard may have been recorded. I have also found it very hard to communicate with the hosts as I had emailed them on 23/9 to change the booking and got no response. After a few calls and msgs saying to text instead of calling, I was told to contact booking.com to arrange the amendment as the hosts were worried their commission would be incorrect. After more texts and an email (even with confirmation of the change from booking.com) I have still not had a reply about our refund. Customer service to me means a lot so unfortunately this really doesn’t do the property justice.

We love everything about this property. Great set up and a lot of rooms for kids to play. We’ll definitely come back next year.
