Absolutely amazing budget hotel — we honestly couldn’t fault it!
The guy at the front desk was absolutely brilliant and made us feel so welcome. He even knocked on our door to say goodbye when he finished his shift, which was such a lovely touch.
The location is perfect too, right in the heart of the Reeperbahn. You really couldn’t get much more central!
Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.

The gentleman who owns the hotel and works at reception is lovely, cheerful and very helpful. Yes, the location needs some renovation. The room and bathroom need updating, but I think the price is totally fair. The owner told me that he took over the place a few months ago and is trying to invest in it, doing his best to make improvements. It's in the heart of Reeperbahn, so you'd expect to see party people at the weekend. I was there on a Tuesday and had a room at the back. There was no noise at all.

Staff very happy and helpful. If you want to be amongst the rowdy bars and clubs area of Hamburg you probably couldn’t ask for a better location. Room is basic but clean you have your own bathroom.. which isn’t always the case with basic accommodation in this style. We had a room around 3 floors up so it wasn’t too loud at night but you could hear the music from a nearby club till around 3:30am but if your bothered by that then you wouldn’t really be staying in this location anyway. I think if returning to Hamburg I’d happily stay here again. If you want somewhere that’s just a base because you’ll be spending all your time out and about, for the price I’d recommend it.
I’d say only slight downside is there isn’t a 24 hour reception, but staff do make this clear and recommend leaving a small deposit for an extra key incase you and your friends get split up.
