The building is nine floors about eight units per floor. Everything is clean and orderly and quiet and well-built with good showers and refrigerator and bar sink. Good AC. The neighborhood is quiet, but there’s not much near here. but the BTS train is a five minute walk. it’s a good price. One could easily stay here for many days or weeks and be comfortable
there is no pool, which I don’t use anyhow. Limited choices for restaurants within walking distance.

Good location and within a short walking distance to a marketplace featuring fruit stands and food stalls. We see mostly local people at the market, where most of the signage is in Thai. Quite location overall and within 30 minutes from BKK airport during non rush hours.

Very quiet property. Rooms are comfortable and good size.
I was asked to pay usd 100 for a duvet with a tiny mark which went away after simple wash.
No restaurants and food options near by. Away from main city.
