Clean and super conveniently located, but a bit outdated. Very nice owner, late check in is no problem, someone at the desk 24/7. Washing ma home service available. Basic but clean and ok for a short stay, but Don’t expect ambience.

100m from Ekkamai station in the heart of "trendy" soi 63 area (according to travel blogs) restaurants, bars and weed shops. Cheap kao mun gai or moo dang in the lobby. 711, money exchange, cinemas and farang food (sizzler and maccas) directly opposite. 100m from my dentist. Plenty of choices without being too busy. Big room, HUGE Olympic size bed, cold air, cold fridge
I'm back again Sept.. will stay here again
The balcony faces directly at a brick wall 30cm away. But the windows all face the street.Smoking permitted so it's just for that and to install the aircon.

This is a family-run place in a great location. I found the rooms to be cozy and charming. The restaurant downstairs was always full, it is between two skytrain stations and within walking distance of so many other places.
There is nothing wrong with this accommodation if you consider the price. It is the best value in the city.

The price. For a one night stay without breaking the bank it was fine.
It’s old & basic & sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on a board.
