pool was immaculate, lots of loungers and comfy couch. room was comfortable and cozy and the shower was good

Clean,big appartment,nice interior. Outside is great sitting with pool and barbecue. Sweet owners.
Noise from the down neighbors (not fault of the owners), chairs could have anti scratching pads because if you move them they are noisy, same as stairs. Very rude booking agency/middle man. Booking agency let the owners know our booking half hour before our arrival (we did the booking 2 weeks before) so it meant that our room was not ready yet. However the owners made it for us immediately.
