From swimming to sailing or just lounging in the sun, the activities are endless as your imagina-tion. The house is really great, lovely place to stay in any season of the year. The house offers all comfort and facilities you need and has a great view to the sea.The pool and garden are well taken care of.The tram line passes by, however it is not loud and it only passes twice in one hour and not throughput the night. The tram station is nearby and offers great connections to Alicante and Benidorm. We have had a lot of fun, a great family holiday!

Really nice villa and location with amazing views. Only negative being a very steep hill up and down to go anywhere to get supply’s but you do get used to it! host was polite helpful and easy to communicate with.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. The accommodation was great with lots of space for everybody and the kids loved the pool. We had to call on the owner regarding some sediment in the pool and he responded immediately and sorted the problem the same day. We are very happy to recommend this property to anyone.

Good size property where tenants can enjoy a great holiday, air conditioning available in all rooms, bathroom and beach towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 2 bathrooms with showers/toilets/sinks. Clean overall super well maintained, Beautiful panoramic sea views. Large TV with Netflix. Beautiful pool cleaned and filtered during our stay. Breathtaking sea views. If you are looking for a quiet holiday in a relaxed environment, this is the place. Our manager José Louis was also very friendly, responsive to our comments and we thank you for your welcome and friendliness. We'll be back and I recommend you without hesitation.

The villa is in a nice location but it is quite residential so you will definitely need a car. It is next to the tram line which was great. However the walk to the tram stop is up a very steep hill and down the other side which would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are quite small but were manageable for a week. Would recommend x

This was a great place for our family holiday. The living areas and outside areas are a great size and that takes space from the bedrooms. A little welcome pack with the basics, including handsoap, would have been appreciated, especially as there isn’t a shop nearby. The glasses / bowls would benefit from being replaced but other things were mostly plentiful. Fortunately we took washing powder for the machine as there were no spare towels. Charged extra for a cot and high chair, which was a little disappointing.
But plenty of seating and loungers to relax on and enjoy the fantastic views, and a great bbq. The local tram stop, for the very good service, is only a short walk away but prepare for the steep road. One final tip is that it’s number 5 not 67, this understandably confuses taxi drivers

Myself and 3 other adults plus 4 children ranging from 6 months to 5 years just had a really lovely week here. The Villa had everything we needed for our week long stay and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool and sea view. There are no shops or amenities within walking distance but the tram is a few mins walk away (yes a couple of steep hills but this was fine by us). Jose gave us details on transfers and a link for a supermarket delivery which was really handy. Communication was great throughout and lovely friendly host. If I had to give any constructive feedback I'd say a welcome pack with details such as how to get to places of interest, tram times etc would be great and also the beds in the twin room could do with some more comfortable mattresses. Overall though we would highly recommend.

Wonderful time had by all, safe for the kids as fenced and gated, views amazing, everything you want in the house, hills a bit steep if walking but you expect that to get those views.

We spent a lovely week in the villa which had everything we needed. The pool was great, the kids absolutely loved it!! Everything was clean and well kept and which meant we spent a lot of time just chilling in the beautiful setting. There is a tram about 5 mins walk away that will take you to Alicante or Benidorm or any of the wonderful beaches in between. Be warned though that there is a very steep hill to navigate both to and from the tram stop - especially in the heat!! But the Tram has air con and so does the villa so doesn't take long to cool off!!!

The house was spacious and fully equipped. The localization is great, a very nice, calm area with easy access to further sightseeing (including the tram stop located within a walk distance). We loved the view of the seaside above the swimming pool. We can highly recommend the house for a great vacation for 2 families or a group of friends.

Just back from a great break at this lovely villa - stunning sea views , lovely pool, range of outdoor seating, good lounge area inside for cooling off with the family, access to netflix, amazon prime, disney plus kept the youngsters happy in the evening. Location hard to find without google maps with no amenities closeby but close access to the tram takes you straight into El Campello (4 stops and 15 mins) or you can go to Benidorm or Alicante if you wanted a longer tram ride. Would recommend.

Very impressed with the villa and its all its amenities.
Prefect location for our family holiday.
Apart from going to the super market for supplies you wouldn't have any reason to leave the villa, as we had the beautiful views, the pool, the BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating areas for the family to enjoy.
Jose was very welcoming host and very prompt and helpful if we had any questions needing answered.
I would happy recommend this villa to my friends and family and i would certainly come back.

Amazing break
We stayed for 10 days with our 2 young children and another family.
The villa was perfect, beautiful and modern. Everything was clean and had the mod cons we needed like filtered water, ice machine and air con.
Jose was fantastic and kept in constant contact.
The pool needed cleaning but Jose was under the impression the pool guy had already come. Quickly sorted. The hill outside the property to the tram line is a little bit of a killer with pushchairs. But the tram proximity was great.
Fantastic time had by all.

Lovely villa in quiet location.
This lovely villa is a lot further from el campello than the online listing indicated and is actually situated in Cala Piteres which is a residential area. No shop, bar, restaurant or sandy beach within walking distance. This suited our group fine but may not suit all. The tram to reach these amenities is only around 8 mins walk away and they run every half hr costing a couple of euros. However, the hill to get there (or anywhere including the rubbish bins) is extremely steep and would not suit those with mobility issues. Again fine for our group but a car might be needed for others.
Jose was lovely, very helpful and quick to respond to a couple of small issues raised.
A lovely villa and a fabulous holiday had by all!

You wake up to the most gorgeous views every morning. Big windows cover the entire side of the house, to give you views of the Mediterranean Sea, you are literally surrounded by beauty, with tons of natural light. You can hear the ocean while outside.
Super modern. - ice machine, tv equipped for Disney and Netflix , washer and dryer were a huge plus
There is a tram in walking distance (need to walk a hill to get to) but we loved it, takes you downtown Alicante and to all the local baches.
Huge parking lot, gave us plenty of room to park our huge van and another car.
The owner was so good at accommodating our needs for our 8 month old. He was always a quick response and very helpful, it was a pleasure working with Jose.

Rapport qualité/prix déceptif
Nous sommes un groupe d'amis (variant de 5 à 7 personnes), toujours les mêmes, habitués à louer des belles et grandes maisons avec piscine dans le Sud Est de la France, principalement.
Nous avons fait le choix de l'Espagne cette année pour changer un peu et, avouons le, pour que cela nous revienne moins cher.
L'essai n'est malheureusement pas concluant.
D'abord le positif :
- D'un point de vue général c'est une belle maison avec une déco moderne, ce qui est rare pour les locations en Espagne.
- Le gérant immobilier José Luis est adorable, aux petits soins et nous a solutionné tous les problèmes en moins de 36h
Maintenant le négatif :
- Vu le prix global payé (assez important) - nous avons découvert que le linge de lit (draps) et les frais de ménage étaient en supplément ! Et évidemment ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce, cette somme vous est réclamée 48 h avant, et en cash ! Les tarifs (que le site Abritel ne me permet pas de préciser) sont exorbitants !!!
Ce sont les prix pratiqués dans le Sud-Est de la France, et encore, en plein mois d’août, c'est très onéreux pour l'Espagne.
Surtout que :
- Les chambres sont minuscules (sauf la suite parentale)
- La piscine est beaucoup plus petite que ne les laissent voir les photos
- Un train régional passe à moins de 10 mètres de la maison, toutes les 20/30 minutes
- L'électricité est limitée (150 Kw pour la semaine)
- Le parasol était déchiré (changé par le gérant José-Luis le lendemain)
- La bouteille de gaz du BBQ était quasi vide (nous avons eu 1 jours sans BBQ)
- Les lumières dans les salles de bains étaient défectueuses
- Pas d’eau chaude (salle de bain et cuisine)
Bref pour ce prix-là en France les chambres sont grandes, la piscine immense et les accessoires nickel.
Nous avions des amis qui partaient sur Malaga la semaine suivante - même type de maison pour un tiers de moins !! La seule différence : la modernité de la déco intérieure - pour cette dernière c'était dans un style plus tradi. Bref ce n'est tout de même pas suffisant pour cette différence de prix.
Heureusement encore une fois que José Luis était adorable et se démenait pour nous aider au mieux.
En conclusion, vous passerez de belles vacances mais très onéreuses pour les prestations promises.

There is a tram to Alicante and Benidorm every half an hour which was a brilliant service. Now the Villa itself. It was our first villa holiday and a family of 6 with children all various ages. This property is an absolute diamond if a place. The pool was a godsend. Theres a big bbq which we used several times. Plenty of space inside the villa and very modern. Lots of space outside and sunbeds to relax on with fabulous sea views. Thank you Jose you couldn't have made our stay any better and thank you for all your help trying to find our lost phone. Everything you did was above and beyond and we are so grateful. Overall whoever books a holiday at this villa is in for a fantastic holiday. If you didn't want to go out you could just stay in and everything you need is right there at the property. Thank you to everyone involved we couldn't have wished for a better week.

Good value for money but wi-fi in this area can be very unreliable.
Very nice villa, we enjoyed our stay. Jose was very helpful and Phillipe the pool man was extremely conscientious . The tram service into Coveta Fuma and El Compella is very reliable , and both places have good restaurants. We did not have a car and so used them a lot. We built up our leg muscles due to the steep walk to the tram station ! All in all, a lovely holiday , pity about the dodgy Wi-fi .

Beautiful villa with stunning views...but there are a few things you need to keep in mind
I stayed at this beautiful villa at the end of May 2018 for 10 nights. Jose met us with the keys. He took a meter reading which i witnessed≀ote this down as you get 100kw for 1 week,which is roughly 14.28kw a day,our allowance143kw approx.keep checking this meter reading!On approx the3rd day i checked the meter&we had used30kw in 3days which is within the allowance. On the5th morning the pool guy came&we noticed that he left the pool pumps on constant after his visit(usually run 10am to 6pm). On the6th day we went to Murcia for 2days,the only electric used was the fridge freezer&the pool. When we arrived back to the villa(on 8th day)i just checked the meter again to make sure we were ok but got a shock as we had used223kw, we were80kw over budget even though we were not there for2days! I messaged Jose as this was a concern,the problem was the pool. I took a photo of the meter reading&sent him this. On the 9th days i was constantly thinking about the electric✓ed the meter again which was24 hours after i messaged Jose & we had used 27kw but only used the toaster, kettle&hairdryer that morning so i took another picture of the meter again & sent it Jose. I did not want to loose any of the €500 deposit due to electric. Over our stay we used the washer once, never used the dish washer & aircon on in one room for 5 mins at night for my 5 year old daughter so we never used alot. We went out everyday so nothing was used threw the day, which made me think, if this villa was filled to its full capacity which is 8 people & the dish washer, washer, aircon & everything electrical that is in that villa is used there is no way you would stay within the electric allowance. We worked out that the pool pump was using about 17kw a day when on constantly, if this is left on the timer which is 8 hours its going to use 5.66kw of you daily allowance which will leave you only 8.63kw a day, so please be careful with what you use. When Jose came on the last day he gave me my full deposit back as he couldnt argue due to the pool pumps.
There were 6 of us staying, its a lovely villa, i would stay again, but only if they rethink the electric. Tram to el campello return is €2.30 its every half hour qtr to & qtr past. Benidorm €4.50 return same times. Its peaceful&beautiful, to get to the bins&tram the2 hills very steep. There is nothing around the villa so the tram is needed. We didn't get a car but you may rethink getting one after you see the hills. Villa is 5star.

Excellent Villa with amazing facilities and sea view.
Amazing villa, good mix between contemporary and traditional and very comfy for a weeks stay. Tram is only a 5 minute walk and it costs 2.4Euros pp to the El Campello where there are many supermarkets to go shopping at. Would highly recommend this place really is a gem. We came with 6 people and there was plenty of room. The fridge has filtered water and ice which is a must and saved us so much effort with carrying bottles home. Bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage space. Air conditioning was a blessing at night and worked very well. Thank you JoseLuis for everything. Hope to see you again soon! Andy

Already our third visit to this lovely villa Casa Calmare in El Campello. This time we decided to stay over the Christmas holiday until mid January. We were extremely lucky as the weather during this period was excellent . The villa is very absolutely nice, great living, lovely kitchen with spacious dining area. The bedrooms (3) are perfect. Swimming pool is terrific and location of the site is almost perfect, sunshine all over the place throughout the entire day.
My favorite spot is the little balcony on the front side with a splendid view over the Mediterranean.
