Only stayed overnight. Location was perfect as it is right across from the train station and away from the dodgy side of town. Easy walking to many restaurants and Christmas markets.
Absolutely no amenities at all. All the soap dispensers were emptied but I was already in the shower. A staff member asked how was our stay during checking out and we told her it was disappointing to hear ambulance sirens all night long and that it was annoying to be in the shower and to find both dispensers completely empty. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she simply dismissed the issues and waved us off. Awfully rude.
