I would not stay there again

The delivery of the keys was correct and on time, upon arrival I noticed that there were 3 lights that did not work, the remote controls did not have a battery to operate the TV and cable. I reported it in due time and the owner did nothing to improve it. The mattress of the main room is 2 individual mattresses on a queen box... It is uncomfortable to sleep there. The air conditioners work fine, but now they charge me the extra electricity charges. We always look for the economy of the place because we are ecologists and we take care of the environment ... But making incorrect charges is not right I would not stay there again despite having a good location.

The location seemed central to the beaches.

We had an ill-fitting screen in a window which allowed many many flies to come in. We reported it the first day we were there it took 3 days for them to come and fix it.

Excellent hosts, excellent property. Highly recommended

The host offered us car rental as an additional service. The host picked us up at the airport. The host gave us recommendations of local places (supermarket, beaches, etc) The property had a swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Excellent location, in a quiet place. Even though there were other rented apartments, there was no noise problem. Apartment had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay

Is a place conveniently located next to the supermarket, close to the route leading to beautiful beaches from where you can easily reach everywhere on the island. Price is fair for the accommodation and the facilities, they have extra pillows, blankets, drying rack upon request. BBQ PIT is great... we cooked twice there and is a nice experience to share a family dinner next to the pool.

I would recommend to add some closets or raks/ cabinets to the bathroom since there is no place to accommodate your personal care items and it can be uncomfortable to take a neceser in and out of the bathroom every time. Bed sheets are very very thin. Be aware it might feel cheap for some guests. They have extra sheets and covers and personal is very kind, you just need to ask for. We had a ant problem that was solved next day. Is common in the rain season. Not a mayor problem. The place does not offer any personal care items beyond one roll of toilet paper. Bring your own or you can buy at the super market just 3 minutes away walking distance. ELECTRICITY IS BILLED APART. When you arrived take a picture of the electricity meter located next to the door (white case labeled PAGATINU), before check out take another picture. The bill consists of making a simple subtraction and then multiply by 0.85 which is the price per kwh (as for today, it can vary). We calculated the use for 2 airconditioning about 9h/day, induction cooking top once at day, some TV and lights and it was about 7 per day. Depending on the consumption can be more or less.

Very nice apartment and helpful hosts. They went above and beyond to support us.

Neat apartment, spacious and close to the supermarket and mall. Quiet stay and we enjoyed the pool also.

Nice apartment located at a very busy street

The host was quite nice. Apartment is spacious. Location is central and both supermarket and beaches can be reached easily.

The street behind the apartment is very busy. Spending a day at the pool (where we had to spend several days because of the lock-down) feels like lying besides a highway, exhaust gases included. Our apartment was only cleaned once after six days (no, lock-down isn't an excuse, the cleaning lady was living in walking distance and anyway didn't come by car). Not a single cooking-knife available.

Location is very good and easy to reach. Easy to get to a supermarkets and beaches if needed. neighborhood nice and calm. Swimming pool great and in the night cozy out in garden or next to the pool.
