We really enjoyed the host, she was super nice and helpful, welcoming, felt like home. The location is very good, practically by the shore and the peninsula has amazing beaches and cliffs, etc. Parking in front of the property is easy and free. The garden is fabulous and has a unique atmosphere.

The building looks new (newer) on pictures but is not in reality (typical problem with photos). It is not a problem per se, but do not expect a newly built/refurbished house. It has its specifics of an older house, but great charm on the other hand. Everything worked nicely in the house, but e.g. the kitchen would already require renovation. There is just one access road with various traffic lights and roundabouts to the peninsula, which typically create traffic jams when you want to get there (or return from the trip) during the day, but that is not an issue of this property but the entire peninsula where it is located.

The amount of space, the garden, the closeness to a perfect beach for young children, the provision of cots and high chairs for babies.

Clear directions to the property would have made our arrival less stressful. We were puzzled by the prospect of additional costs for water and electricity.
