L' accueillant est très professionnel et sympathique, il veille à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. L'appartement est très grand et climatisé, ce qui est super. 3 chambres sont disponibles dont 2 avec salle de bains privatives ce qui est très pratique. Un autre lit double est disponible dans le salon, ce qui permet un grand choix de couchettes! La vue sur la mer est très belle depuis le balcon et un arret de bus est présent à moins de 100m de la maison.
Très bon séjour passé à Dubrovnik.
L'appartement est très bien en lui même, mais si vous n'avez pas de voitures/scooteurs, prévoir de prendre le bus ou taxi en été car il est situé à 40min à pied de la vieille ville. C'est très pentu donc on transpire vite avec la chaleur et on s'essoufle vite (même en ayant 20 ans). Sinon rien à signaler, tout est très bien !

The property easily fit 6 people, was extremely spacious and we had amazing views of Lapad (I think). The host was amazing and gave us plenty of recommendations for Dubrovnik. The house was clean and air con throughout. Host was very understanding when someone from our group accidentally had the keys to the property in their pockets while we had left, we sorted this through WhatsApp and have been sent back. I would definitely recommend this place 100%
Nothing the host can control but be aware it is up a massive hill from the town but there was so many buses that ran to very close to the accomodation so don’t let this turn you away.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Marjio! The host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early which made our trip much easier. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — we could see the sea right from our room. There’s also a bus stop conveniently located near the house, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay!

The staff and the owner cannot really speak English, which made us so tired of communicating with them. They can only speak simple English which is not enough to communicate.
They are not nice at all. They don’t let us use the toilet before checking in. They don’t allow us to stay in the garden just to rest and wait for the bus.
