Very small, uncomfortable sofa. The next door neighbours keypad alarm went off for over 30 minutes

The apartment needs to be better equipped with cookware; a microwave and a coffee machine.

The apart was spacious enough and comfortable. The host was helpful to arrange a parking place near the building for us.

We did not like the building; we arrived late in the evening and found a big hole near the steps of the building which we think poses a risk for the clients. There was no lift in the building which was not mentioned in the apart description. Besides, to our surprise, the lighting in the staircase did not work and we had to use our mobile phones to find the apart door. There were no microwave and a coffee machine! We think this is an absolute must for a three star apart.

Cosy, comfortable stay in the heart of Zagreb.

Lovely comfortable place to stay in the heart of the city. Great facilities and easy check in. Plenty of supermarkets nearby, also within walking distance to the bus station, train station and trams.

Just the shower head squirted water everywhere which made the floor slippery.

Considerate host with care and style

The host is exceptionally caring and considerate. He was responsive and extremely helpful to us at 2 o'clock in the morning, as our flight was delayed. Great central location - so many attractions in a walkable distance, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds (memory foam), spacious living room. As we arrived at the apartment very late and tired, he offered to us late check out the following day, which enormously meant to us. After we checked out, he also let us leave our luggage, for the duration of the day, as our flight was later on the evening, so we could explore Zagreb luggage free. I'm so glad that we booked this appartement with this kind of host.

Exceptional

The location is perfect. Close enough to the main square that you can casually walk there, and far enough for it to actually be in a quiet street. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything one may need for a short (or long) city stay.

Great location, wonderful apartment. Pity for the hot water that runs out fast.

The host was readily available to help us when we had problems. Very big apartment with a lot of space and very close to the center. The option of the parking came very handy

I think the hot water boiler is shared with the next-door apartment therefore the hot water runs out fast. If somebody from the other apartment is taking a shower you risk to get a cold one afterwards.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefuly decorated apartment in central location.

A very clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefuly decorated apartment. The central location makes it easy to explore the town on foot, all the major sights are within easy walking distance. The bedroom faces the street, but with the windows closed the street noise at night was minimal and we slept well. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come again soon.

Very poor

The host changed our reservation only two hours!!! before the check-in without even telling us!!! Only after I asked about instructions, he informed me that our apartment was not available, but that he was giving us an 'even better apartment in an even better location'. We did not want another apartment in a different location, and the replacement apartment was a big disappointment. It was completely different than the one we had originally chosen, with a completely different design, much less light, quite basic kitchen and, the most important feature, no balcony! We were extremely disappointed by this behaviour and did not have any time to search for something else. The host completely ruined our plans to stay in the apartment we had chosen personally and did not even provide an explanation as to how it was possible that our apartment was not available. I do not recommend staying in Montevideo Apartments, as it seems that there is no guarantee that the client will actually get the apartment they choose.

Exceptional

The moment we opened the door of the apartment we absolutely loved it! Place is so nicely furnished and it’s really cozy too. I’ve slept at many apartments as I travelled to Zagreb but this one is definitely the best. Really feels like home.

There were no mugs and the hair dryer can barely even dry my thin hair :/

Fantastic studio in central Zagreb

Fantastic studio in central Zagreb. I loved my stay here- the room and bathroom had great design, it had an equipped kitchen and a balcony. Will come back!
