The entertainment and animations are great. Great location, very friendly staff, private beach.
The quality of alcoholic beverages is low. The beach could be a little more well-maintained. A portable ladder can be placed for easy entry into the sea.

The restaurant was amazing, and the food was remarkable, offering a variety of dishes all throughout the day. The hotel was in a nice area, where all local amenties were accessible. It had its own hammam and spa service, which was run by very capable and caring staff.
The beach was a stone throw away, even though it was not clearly advertised.
A special shout out to Velat Bagi, who went out of his way to communicate with us and help us to the best of his ability. The hotel staff at Reception were very helpful, especially the bell boy who again spoke little English, but still tried his best to communicate with us using Google Translate.
The lack of English speaking staff on the front desk made it very difficult to communicate our needs effectively. Furthermore, it was not made clear that there would be loud music every night. I don't feel it was a good place for a family holiday, looking for a peaceful place to recharge.

Otelin konumu oldukça güzel, odaların temizliği gayet iyi seviyede. Özellikle havuz çevresi oldukça bakımlı ve temiz. Üçüncü havuz bar ve orada görev yapan personel, özellikle Ethem Bey, harika bir iş çıkarıyor.
Restoranda sunulan yemekler lezzetli ve yeterli, ancak restoran alanı kapasiteye kesinlikle uygun değil. Yemek saatlerinde büyük bir yığılma yaşanıyor. Yaklaşık bir saat boyunca ne yemek alınabiliyor ne de oturacak yer bulunabiliyor. Personel hızlı ve özverili çalışıyor olsa da otelin bu yoğunluğa göre daha büyük ve düzenli bir yemek alanına ihtiyaç duyduğu açık.Otelin tüm etkinlikleri, müzikleri ve sunumları neredeyse tamamen Rus misafirlere yönelik. Bu durum diğer milletlerden gelen misafirler için dışlanmışlık hissi yaratıyor. Bir Türk misafir olarak sadece Rusça müzikler ve etkinlikler görmek beni rahatsız etti. Benzer şekilde Alman ve İngiliz turistler de bu durumdan hoşnut değildi. Herkese hitap eden, çok dilli ve kültürlerarası bir eğlence anlayışının benimsenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.Oda temizliği iyi olsa da en temel ihtiyaçlardan biri olan içme suyu hiç yenilenmedi. Bir haftalık konaklamada bile suyun bir kez dahi tazelenmemesi kabul edilemez.Disko alanı oldukça yetersiz. Sadece bir barmen çalışıyor, içkiler küçük bardaklarla servis ediliyor ve her içki için uzun kuyruklar oluşuyor. Otel kapasitesi göz önüne alındığında birden fazla barmen çalışmalı ve hizmet kalitesi artırılmalı. Ayrıca barmenin müşterilere karşı tutumu hoş değildi; fazla içki isteyen misafirlere olumsuz bir tavırla yaklaşılıyor. Her şey dahil bir otelde bu tarz bir kısıtlama müşteri memnuniyetini olumsuz etkiliyor.Otel genel anlamda fena değil. Çeşitli aktiviteler sunulmaya çalışılıyor ve bazı alanlarda gayret gözlemleniyor. Ancak yukarıda belirttiğim sebeplerden ötürü yeniden gelmeyi düşünmüyorum. Özellikle otelin aşırı derecede Rus odaklı olması ve diğer misafirleri dışlayan bir konsept izlemesi tercihimi etkiledi.
