I liked the good connectivity of the wifi. Surprisingly, this was one of the few places in my travels where I didn't see any kind of bug/insect or any other small creature in my room. I think it helped a lot that my room was on the top floor and I wasn't really bothered by anyone. I expected to hear loud music during my stay from nearby bars, yet it was really quiet.
One of the faucets in the sink was loose, and water kept on dripping. Also no hot water, despite a water heater that was switched on. There were some very pushy saleswomen outside the place.
