Exceptional hospitality, the staff went above and beyond to assist with accommodation changes as we needed to change our flight dates due to a Typhoon.
Clean, large, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. Option of pool and beach was favourable with dry sauna and cold plunge. Recommend car or bike rental to maximize island exploration and autonomy during your stay.

唯一いいなと思ったのは、サウナとプールサイドの景色。フィンランド式サウナ、水風呂、外気浴は良き(バケツの穴あき、サウナ室内の時計の故障はあるが)。ただし、自然豊かなところなので、プールサイドの音楽のチョイスは要検討(なくてもいい)
色々とツッコミどころがある。
一番は、写真と実際の施設の老朽化のギャップである。雑草は伸びっぱなし、あらゆる施設は老朽化しており、使用不可なものが多い(ジャグジーなど)。看板や枯葉もそのまま。老朽化の補強もガムテープなどで行っており、4つ星ホテルとして、もう少し見栄えを気にして補修できないのかと疑問に思う。
スタッフは優しいものの、全体的にホテルを快適にしようという努力が見られない(お金がかかるなら、自主的に直せばいいのでは？と思うところが多い)
食事会場が全体的に暗い。衝立や配置、床の抜け(危険)など、少し工夫すれば直せる点が多い。
玄関のシーサーに年季の入った蜘蛛の巣がついているところをみると、全体的に掃除が行き届いていない印象を受けるし、おもてなし精神にも影響している気がする。
ハネムーンのような特別な目的の方もいるので、写真詐欺にならないよう、本来の姿に近づけるか、ホームページの写真を変えるかすべきかなと思います。
