This is the best vacation spot in Myrtle Beach for a memorable Grand Strand getaway, conveniently situated between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach in the popular Shore Drive Area. Attractions within 2-10 miles include Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets and Myrtle Beach Pavilion. Over 125 golf courses are available at Myrtle Beach including the highly rated golf courses at Barefoot Resort and The Dunes Beach and Golf Club.
Inside our unit – 2208, you will enjoy a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 great balconies.
The 2 bedrooms are split for privacy and have walk in closets and adjacent bathrooms. The bedrooms have adjustable memory foam beds - a king in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest bedroom.
Unit 2208 has beach views from virtually every room. Enjoy breakfast on a spacious balcony while watching the sunrise over the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and feeling the ocean breeze. During the summer season, enjoy the soft sand beach from chairs and umbrellas set up each day on the beach for rental by the Myrtle Beach Park System. 6 beach chairs and an umbrella are available in the unit.
The Maisons complex offers a vast array of amenities including tennis courts, gas grills, oceanfront cocktail lounge, small bistro, Olympic-size swimming pool and a fitness area. Maisons Sur Mer also features 24-hour security on site.
3 large screen HD TVs - living room and each bedroom.
This unit is a Saturday -Saturday rental. Included for your convenience: departure cleaning, linens, Wi-Fi, cable, full size washer & dryer in the unit and 2 parking spaces on the second floor deck.
Maison is private residence building governed by a property owners association. Many owners live there year round. Thus, the amenities and the rules. Employees are employed by the property owners association. If you have questions, concerns, please send an inquiry through VRBO.
Guests are NOT permitted to bring pets, drones, motorcycles or trailers to the Maisons-sur-Mer property.
NO smoking of any kind is permitted in the condo or balconies. No pets.
We will report any damage to VRBO and the security deposit will be retained for any damage(s) or losses caused by you or your guests. A portion of the deposit may also be retained for cleaning that exceeds usual or customary norms.
We strive to keep our rates competitive and up to date. Rates posted on VRBO are for the current season/year. If you wish to book dates far in advance or for extended stays, please send an inquiry through VRBO for current rates.
Our condo is disinfected during the cleaning process. Extra attention is given to high touch areas/items. Guests are expected to follow current CDC guidelines and SC state regulations to prevent the spread of infection. Extra hand sanitation stations are in key areas. Signs are posted throughout the building regarding CDC guidelines.
In case of severe weather, Maisons follows the SC governmental weather advisories for evacuation. Guests may be required to leave in advance of major storms/hurricanes. Refunds are not offered for days that guests arrive late or leave early due to their own needs or acts of nature.

Get Your Dose of Vitamin “Sea!” is a fantastic property! The condo is very clean, comfortable and stylish. Everything you need has been thought of from beach towels and chairs to shampoo and extra pillows. The balcony was our favorite spot! Not only is the view fantastic but the furniture is very comfortable! We enjoyed many mornings watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee and many afternoons just watching the birds and the people on the beach.The swimming pool is great and easy access to the beach make this place even better.The Gillie Girls are always checking in to make sure all your needs are meant, they are fantastic!This was our second day and we will definitely be coming back again and again!

I’m sorry but I’m just going to have to leave yet another 5 star review. This condo is stunning and the owners have it so well set up honestly it’s like staying at the home of a trusted friend. The Rentals we have stayed at are typically minimally stocked, one pot, one pan, to do the bare minimum. This unit pretty much had everything that we have at home including a steamer pot to do a low country boil. I actually enjoyed cooking there and we ate most of our dinners at the high top table on the balcony.Tips for travelers, they had at least 6 beach chairs and a couple of coolers in the storage unit as well as umbrellas. They also had some ice packs in the freezer and the fridge dispenses ice and water.They also had oil, salt and pepper, cooking spray, plastic wrap and foil and a variety of spices available for use, we replenished the old bay as it was nearly empty. They also had some plastic containers in the cupboard so it was super easy to pack a lunch for the beach or pool.They provide plenty of towels both beach and bath.One thing I loved that I suspect speaks to the kind of wonderful ladies the owners must be is they didn’t skimp on toilet paper! We brought our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc but didn’t need it as plenty was provided. They had provided dishwasher tabs, tp, paper towels, a few laundry pods and garbage bags. We ate so much at home that we did need an extra bag or two but the allotment of the little things was awesome I found this to be a really nice touch.The only negative I could express is for people with small kids, the unit is on the 22nd floor and the patio doors are a bit old and don’t lock well. We put furniture in front of the door handles at night to make sure our son didn’t go out there on his own. We did mention this to the owners and could probably be improved with one of those patio door bar locks or something similar just for child proofing. The patios itself is fine, the railings are plenty high with screens on them and the furniture on the main balcony isn’t close to the railing. All in all a wonderful stay and 10/10 would come again! Thank you ladies!
