we didn’t get to stay, host cancelled our booking because I didn’t agree to meeting in the car park & handing over $300 in cash. I said I have never heard of such a thing so she said she was going to cancel our booking which she did. we have tried ringing & booking.com aren’t able to make contact so I can get my refund she promised to do, so she has till the 3rd of March to do so.

Peaceful. Close to the beach. Nice swimming pool.

The spa was out of order.

How close it was to the town centre and the view

Good location, nice views of the canals and short walk to get some food. Nice proximity to the skate park and will be great once the new playground opens up.

The water pressure in the shower is very poor, but is fine at all other outlets. The oven cupboard isn't fixed in place properly which makes the corner cupboard door hard to close. I did try to push the oven back and it just falls forward still. This just needs to be fixed by the owner, no real issue during the stay.

Location Excellent. Secure complex. Host was lovely and very helpful.

Thankyou Brian and Sue, our family loved everything about your apartment the added bonus is we got to bring the boat and moore it out front of apartment in the canal 😁🛥 we even got to see dolphins 🐬 loved it and the view was amazing from the apartment. It was clean, homely and comfortable! We will be back thanks again Zoe, Jon and the kids

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, pubs and play parks. A quick walk to see dolphins in their natural habitat worth more than words can express. General public friendly and polite in all cafes, restaurants, parks and shopping centres. Super clean and tidy unit. Loved the stay looking forward to another trip soon 👍🏻✅🙏

The plastic bed liners too hot and sweaty 2nd bedroom was way too hot it needs a aircon in it My mum unrivalled the floor bath mat and it was filthy, looked like it had never been washed That was not good

Overall property is nice and that's what we expected. Quiet area all the times and great location e.g beach/supermarket and walking distances to the Mandurah City and bridge

Stair - 2 or 3 steps before the first floor, there is a small carpet nail at the corner. during our visit, 3 out of 4 people get hurt of this small mail.

Location, the pool and the comfortable beds

Airconditioning system should be installed for second bedroom as it does not get as much sea breeze.

location was great! whole layout of property was also great.

having no aircon in second bedroom made it very uncomfortable for kids to sleep. and the bedrooms were very very light early in morning waking us all up very early & making it hard to sleep in late)… some dark blockout curtains would do the trick)!
