The kitchen is well equipped with a four-ring electric hob, oven, dishwasher and a 280 litres fridge with freezer. A washing machine is also present. The large balcony, furnished with a teak table and chairs, looks out over the river Giscle and the private garden with swimming pool. The balcony is provided with a transparent roller blind for wind and rain protection. Private secure car parking is provided. The entire apartment is yours. It has its own beaches and a water taxis service. Thursday and Sunday there is the local market.
