My wife and I traveled with two of our teenage children. We were looking for something close to the temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, one night, at an affordable rate. It was clean, comfortable, and we had a room to ourselves. The receptionist was also gracious and let us store our bags after we checked out.

Friendly staff.
The worst beds I had so far. They were very hard and not comfy at all. No hot water in my room. Noisy. Hard to find, cause the taxi driver didn't know where to go. No recommendations for any bars, restaurants or cafes from the staff. You have to call the staff for check in after 9pm which can be problematic if you don't have a Thai SIM card.
