O Neil always goes above and beyond!! Nothing is ever too much trouble. He has really been amazing on both occasions my son stayed there. First for 3 nights and now for 4 nights.

Locating is right in between downtown and paradise island easily can walk anywhere. Loved the security of the place, comfy beds quite staff were amazing would book again!!
Because off from mains strips walking at night does pose it own risks I had none however and felt very safe

Cheapest place I could find in Nassau, about $45 nightly. Location is 20-minute walk to downtown, some solid local food spots (just look at Google Maps). Property stays cool even during the day, including inside the rooms when A/C is turned off. When A/C is on during the night, it's nice. Plenty kitchen and fridge space. Big dining table that I used to get work done. Good amount of seats in the outside patio overlooking the entrance/street. The place got lively (which is a good thing) when more guests checked in on a Friday, otherwise it was practically silent. Two bathrooms with hot water. Stable wifi.
Overpriced for hostels overall, but seems like accommodations in Nassau are just expensive. Location is a bit up a small hill. It would help if the property informed guests that they can take the 12B bus from and to the airport, which is a cheaper option ($6) than paying $40 for the pre arranged ride. I took the bus because an airport staff told me. Biggest issue was NOT being informed beforehand that I needed to complete a "Digital Check In form" before I arrived, which is needed to receive multiple entry codes (front gate, front door & room). I messaged the property 3 days beforehand that I was going to arrive early & that I was ok with dropping off my bags and waiting for 3:00 PM check in. They acknowledged my message but provided no instructions for the forms and codes. So when I arrived, I knocked at the gate. A male cleaning staff was passing by and let me in. He informed me that 1) I should have my codes, 2) I should've already completed the forms to get said codes, 3) I got lucky because he just happened to be passing by, 4) I needed to come back at 3:00 PM, 4) I couldn't stay inside the property before 3:00 PM or even drop off my bags UNLESS I paid an "early check in fee" of $25. I told him that I wasn't informed of filling out any forms so I had no idea about the codes. His reply and overall tone was rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I messaged the property about the above & got the codes emailed in 10 minutes. Since it was 2:10 PM and I didn't want to pay a $25 fee (for the principle), I left and came back. I have visited 70 countries. I have never heard of any accommodation that doesn't let guests drop off their bags for free as a courtesy (maybe 1-2 properties have charged like $2-$4, tops). Also, most accommodations, especially hostels, always let booked guests wait for check in time.
