Vert Nice place, I totally recommand. Best place we stayed in Japan during our month travelling.
Amy and her son were very nice, friendly and helpfull during the days we stayed.
Nice bed, amazing breakfast fresh made by Amy.
If you looking for a typical friendly Japan house and people it's the place to be !

The homemade breakfast and the friendly staff.
Breakfast consisted of Okinawa food such as Goya Chanpuru and papaya (grown in the hotel’s garden!!) Thd staff were all very friendly and showed us all the local spots with scenic views which you can't find on guidebooks.
The location is a bit far from the city centre meaning it was difficult to find somewhere to eat nearby. But being up north meant it was a short drive to some of the nicest beaches and observatories. There was also an issue with ants in the room but they had provided us with bug spray so it didn't turn out to be a big problem (a small price to pay for the nice garden outside)

We were unlike because we faced two days of typhoon closed in the hotel. So we had not the chance to relax outside in the garden (it is really nice).
I suggest this spot to the ones who wants to enjoy nature and being outside from the Ishigaki city.
You need a car to go there and be independent because there is nothing close to the “resort”.
The structure is clean and the room is large with two armchair and a small table!
The staff did not speak a word of English so communication was really difficult.
There is no food and no drinks available so you have to go to the market for everything and you definitely need a car.
