Clean and nice room for a great value! I’ll be definitely back.

Good stay for the value, clean, communication and customer experience at an excellent level - welcome note left on the table. Beds were comfortable and bedsheets clean. It was spacious and we felt safe due to multiple locks on the door and an additional pin to enter the room. Parking was also available at all times. Many restaurants and places nearby.

Hair dryer and ironing board was not available. Train is passing near the property and gets a little loud during the night, however that’s out of the reach of the property.

Place needs work, but a good location.

Location is within walking distance to the main town square. Area seems safe enough, but I was only there one night

There was no lock on the sliding window so anyone on the second floor walkway could just slide it open. The toilet had poor flow to handle material. Not sure if related, but the credit card used for transaction was corrupted with fraudulent charges immediately after and hadn't been used in a year.

This wonderful hotel doesn’t feel like a hotel it feels like home. I will forever recommend this place for visitors

The rooms don’t feel like a hotel room you feel at home with the amount of space the room offers also a full kitchen, clean shower, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and smart tvs

Good Price and Clean Room, Train Noise Was An Issue

The room was clean, AC worked, and we had no issues checking in. The room rate was not bad either.

The biggest complaint that I could make was the hotel's proximity to the nearby railroad tracks and having different trains blasting their horns about every 3-4 hours overnight. I would not recommend staying here if you are a moderate to light sleeper as the trains will wake you up over and over.

Was close to the town and close to our final destination. Bed very comfortable. Very clean. Plenty of towels and hot water. Nice shower. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Liked the coded lock on door, felt very safe

Price was right, room was simple and clean. I would stay again if in Sterling.

It was very clean and an excellent value for the price. Contactless check-in/out was easy and convenient.

Traffic was a little noisy and the train whistle was loud but neither should bother a good sleeper.
