Great location and nice property.

Overall good condo, just several small items that became frustrating. Lights that work by remote and batteries dead in remotes. Ice maker did not work, TV in livingroom ( no programming available) luckily we don’t watch much TV. TV in master logged off in the middle of a movie and we could not get back on. Bed were very hard. Love staying in OceanCreek, unit was good location and loved the key code on door instead of keeping up with key.

My trip was nothing short of spectacular! The condo was absolutely perfect in every way. The view from both the condo and the balcony was breathtaking and I spent hours taking in the magnificent vistas! I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a clean, aesthetically beautiful beach experience! 5 stars all around. I’ll definitely re-book this truly amazing rental property!

Great condo with a fantastic view, all tv's were newer with apps available. Bathrooms were very nice, good hot water and good water pressure. Very nice large fridge with ice maker.

Condo is located right on the beach front and there's pool directly downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Nice patio for sitting outside.Everyone said their bed was comfortable. If anything, it's time to update the living room furniture and the smaller second bathroom is due for a renovation. Location of property is ideal with Barefoot Landing across the street offering good restaurants and fun shopping.

The inside of the condo was definitely much better than the outside. It was clean, bathrooms and kitchen are updated.
The only negative for me was the bed, way to soft for my liking.

Kitchen adequately appointed, with pans, plates, glasses, mugs silverware. Washer, dryer and dishwasher was a plus. Although I was prepared with extension power strips that I bring with me on all vacations ( for CPAP usage, and multiple device charging at my disposal) I was frustrated that the only usable outlet for the night stands in the master bedroom wall was behind the headboard… with only one lamp plugged into a basic extension cord. No other cord available to plug in other lamp. Had to move bed to access outlet to use the power strip I brought ( suggestion- add accessible outlets to all night stands).. in order to watch tv in living room you will need to sign into your own fire tv account, over air channels did not work, without tv connection to network….
Aside from those minor issues, the condo has ample space and definitely a place that is worth it and provided a great amount of relaxation

Wonderful Vacation
We had an amazing stay at this condo. The room is located in the South Tower overlooking the ocean. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for my family and the room was as described. There was even a locker near the beach for our beach items! It was reassuring to have the 24 hour security on site with the gated entrance. The property is super close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book this rental again!

The Good-Wonderful view. Ample storage. Updated master bathroom. Extra lighting. Clean linens and towels. The Bad- Unit is near the elevators. You can hear the elevator bells dinging in unit. The queen bedroom has to share a bath down the hall. The twin bedroom has direct access to the hall shared bath. Don't even think about early check in. They text the lock box code at 3:00 p.m. or later. I have used VRBO for years, never had anyone text a code instead of email. There was a lot of disturbance coming from adjacent resort. Hours of LOUD rap music and yelling. The Ugly- After unpacking we decided to enjoy the balcony. The angled door to the balcony would not close. It would not budge even though two of us repeatedly attempted to close the door. It was wide open. I called Teat Property Rentals. I explained the situation and the lady said she would advise when someone could come out. We were growing concerned because the night time temperature was forecast to be 35F. After waiting about 30 minutes I called Teat Property Rentals again. She said due to the Holidays (this being Dec.23rd) no one could come out until 9 am the next morning. I explained the situation again and our concern over it getting so cold in the night. She offered no solution other than to wait. I grew angry and I demanded some kind of compensation. She said "She would refund our money if we checked out then". That made me very upset. We had just driven over 5 hours, unpacked all our groceries and clothes. It took me weeks to decide on that VRBO booking alone. I already knew that most places were booked. She said I could call Ocean Creek to see if they had something. We didn't even get into the issue that I would have had to come up with more money to pay for another booking while awaiting a refund. After we disconnected I contacted Ocean Creek. They did not have anything. While I was on hold with them the gentleman from Teat Vacation Rentals called me. He sent a security officer to offer assistance. The officer thought the door was off track. All I could see was sand. With great relief, we got the door closed. We thanked the officer profusely. The gentleman from Teat did call later that night to check on us. I am thankful that he came up with a solution. We will not use Teat Vacation Rentals again.

Its tucked way in the back of a gated community, away from the hustle and bustle of southern myrtle beach but close enough that you can drive there and rent a golf cart for the day to see all the sights. The only complaint is, our last 2 days they started construction on the unit right above ours. What ever tool they were using to take up the ceramic flooring sounded like it was happening right there in our condo. That's how loud it was.
It's nothing to do with the rental company/owner it's the chance you take when renting in a condo complex. Over all, I'd give it a 9 and would recommend this place in a heart beat. Thanks again Ocean Creek!

Great Vacation!
We had not been to Myrtle beach in years and really enjoyed our stay here. The beach was beautiful and perfect location to property. There were a few minor issues with the room (broken door handle) which we immediately notified the owners about and they assured us they would be taking care of it. Main issue with uncleanliness was outside of the condo (ie: elevators and hallways). Beautiful place overall.
