BEST OF TIMES is an adorable, recently remodeled, single story 4 BR/2 BA home located on Marina Rd facing the Gulf of Mexico on a deep water canal. Enclosed porch with air/heat great for entertaining! Huge covered deck with outdoor kitchen overlooking the canal with new aluminum boat dock large enough for two boats! Great location places you within minutes of the Gulf of Mexico for some of the best fishing and scalloping in Florida. Breathtaking sunsets to end your day!

This was the second time we have stayed in this location and it was just as great as the first time. We love being close to the scallop grounds and having a place on the water. 4 bedrooms is great for the kids to have their own space and the back porch is perfect for relaxing.

For the most part it was okay. No Bugs really. The beds were comfortable as long as only 1 person slept in it. They roll to the middle! The window leaked but it was storming for over a week. No fault of theirs. Te kitchen was bare. Not stocked at all. As far as the cleanliness I think they could do much better. The second bathroom was very hard to find. Just didn't notice it because we didn't look in the kitchen. The Master Bathroom door is incredibly hard to open and close. I am very small and it is a Sliding Barn Door. We did get a few bluecrabs off the dock. The Outdoor space is top notch though. The cleaning station, dock is the best part of the house. All in all though it was good enough for what we needed.
