Just 30 metres from the villa, guests have access to a private 1,000 m² garden with an outdoor sauna, hot tub, pétanque court, barbecue, picnic area and playground. The attic provides additional entertainment with table football and a pool table.

The villa enjoys a unique location close to the Belgium–Germany–Luxembourg three-country border, making it easy to explore three countries from your holiday home. Several walking routes start directly from the property, while nature lovers can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Our Valley, the Belgian Eifel and the Südeifel.

The location is also ideal for day trips. Discover picturesque villages, historic sights and cosy restaurants nearby, or cross the border for a day in Germany or Luxembourg. The High Fens can also be visited as part of a day trip.

Whether you are relaxing in the sauna, enjoying the hot tub, hiking directly from the villa or sharing a barbecue in the garden, this villa offers the perfect combination of peace, nature, comfort and a unique location at the three-country border.

The owner offers breakfast packages on Saturdays and Sundays upon request and for a fee. One large bath towel is provided per person in the accommodation. Additional bath towels can be rented for an extra fee if desired.
