Nestled in Santa Fiora, this charming house for $93 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We have decided not only to use this beautiful spot alone, it is far too beautiful for that. That's why we want to rent it. Molto bella, ma non adatta a tutti

Molto bella, ma non adatta a tutti

La casa è bella, e si vede che viene usata dai proprietari perché è ben attrezzata; è tranquillissima, fresca, con una bellissima vista, a pochi minuti dall'adorabile borgo, ci è stata fatta trovare molto pulita e il proprietario ha sempre risposto gentilmente alle nostre richieste. Ci sono poche altre case intorno, e i vicini erano cordiali. Posso anche dire che pur non essendoci wi-fi i cellulari prendono molto bene (Windtre sicuramente anche per vedere TV in streaming, ma anche TIM e Vodafone prendevano piuttosto bene). Ma ha alcune scomodità con le quali si deve convivere, a partire dalla via di accesso in auto che fra strettoie e pendenze richiede un po' di coraggio alla guida, ma poi ci si abitua. Le camere da letto sono al piano superiore rispetto al bagno, e di mezzo ci sono delle scale non proprio comodissime; l'uscita più agevole da casa è poi al piano ancora inferiore, raggiungibile con una scala a chiocciola ancora meno comoda. Nel bagno non c'è il bidet, a cui noi italiani siamo abituati, e in cucina non solo non c'è lavastoviglie (pazienza), ma neanche uno scolapiatti, quindi non sai mai dove mettere i piatti lavati. Manca anche la lavatrice. La TV è ok ma stranamente è posizionata nella seconda camera da letto, non in salotto. Il terreno intorno quando siamo andati noi (agosto) era poco utilizzabile, l'erba era tutta secca, non era ben tenuto, e ruscello e stagno erano decisamente poco attraenti; in altre stagioni sicuramente è più godibile. Non voglio essere troppo negativo, la casa è bella, ripeto, e ci si sta molto bene. Ma è giusto sapere che può non essere adatta a tutti, ad esempio per anziani, o forse neanche con bambini molto piccoli, o per persone con problemi di movimento... o neanche persone che cercano il 100% di comodità.
