Our recently renovated apartment is located just a few steps from the Buza bar beach. Do you want to fully enjoy Old Town? Welcome at our place! The apartment is located in a typical Dubrovnik street, 20 meters from the beach and citty walls, and just a few steps away from excellent neighborhood stores such as a traditional bakery, grocery stores, and great restaurants. The apartment has 33m2 Is intended for 2 + 1 people Consist of On first floor 1 bed room with double bed and SAT TV Kitchen with table and stool chairs and additional single bed On ground floor Entrance Bathroom with shower Air-condition Washer Baby crib on request Wireless internet Pets not allowed Brochures/city maps Airport transfer service They are not numerous stairs to arrive to Mara apartment but it’s not suitable for people with disabilities.

Frühstücksmöglichkeit zu Weihnachten in der Sonne auf der öffentlichen Aussichtsterasse als Picknick, in 1 Min. Entfernung. Wenn man nur in der Wohnung sein muss, ist sie ziemlich dunkel. Heizung im Winter genau erklären lassen!

Great spot inside the wall
Terrific little spot for what we needed... a place to sleep. Close to everything and a real easy stay. The stairs are a challenge for everyone... welcome to Dubrovnik !

The apartment was advertised as a two bedroom one bath, however, we arrived to find that there was only one bedroom and one small twin bed in the kitchen. I feel as though the apartment was misrepresented by stating that it was two bedroom as there was only one bedroom. We needed two bedrooms as we are two adults traveling together but we’re not intending to share one bedroom And have our own private quarters. As such, we feel that we were overcharged for a one bedroom apartment because we thought we were paying for a two bedroom apartment

Loved the location. Didn’t love the steep stairs to get to the bathroom and front door. Otherwise I would recommend this apartment.
