Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in Casa Lavanda : es war super sauber, top ausgestattet -zur Begrüßung gab es eine "Überlebensration" mit Milch , Eiern, Pasta etc. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Griet und Ronny war sehr unkompliziert. Vor Ort kümmert sich Alessio von der Pizzeria im Dorf um das Anwesen. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung muss man immer reichlich Zeit einplanen, da die Straßen recht schlecht sind , das Navi hilft auch nur bedingt ( unseres führte uns immer wieder auf Wege, die man besser nur mit einem Jeep befahren sollte) Einzig das Einkaufen war Recht schwierig. Der Laden in Civitella bekommt nur einmal die Woche frische Ware wie Milch, Joghurt etc. Obst und Gemüse sollte man sonntags auf dem Markt kaufen....frische Kräuter gibt's zum Glück im Garten.... ansonsten Natur pur, Ruhe und Erholung. Een heel gezellig, groot en mooi huis met alle denkbare comfort (echt aan alles is gedacht, ) waar wij, als gezin met drie adolescenten, een zeer relaxte vakantie doorbrachten. Zeer attente verhuurders (bv. proviant voorzien om eerste avond en ochtend door te komen, ....) . Rijke flora en indrukwekkende, niet alledaagse fauna ;-) ... mooie natuur met adembenemende zichten. Wij zijn fan!

Als je van rust houdt is dit een perfect huisje. Af en toe een boer die zijn land bewerkt heerlijk rustig. Huisje is compleet, en een heerlijk zwembad die 2x per week wordt schoon gemaakt. Let op huur beste een SUV wagen de wegen zijn namelijk slecht. Indien je elke dag uit eten wil ,dan valt dat niet mee, restaurant in de buurt zijn vaak alleen in het weekend open. Echter zoek in wat grotere plaatjes zoals Penne en het komt goed. Al met al echt een aanrader

Man hat als Gast das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das beginnt mit einer liebevollen Erstversorgung mit Lebensmitteln, geht weiter über eine Ausstattung bei der es an wirklich nichts fehlt und endet bei einer unauffälligen Betreuung vor Ort, wie der mehrfachen Poolreinigung. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht und sich an dem Blick auf eine beeindruckende Bergkette erfreuen kann, der ist hier besonders gut aufgehoben. Herzlichen Dank, sehr geehrte Fam. Claes-Stroobants.

Werkelijk een top locatie. Het huis, de omgeving, de mensen. Echt een plek om heerlijk bij te komen van het haastige stressvolle leven in Nederland. Het huis ligt heerlijk rustig langs een landbouwweggetje wat naar een olijfboomgaarden loopt. Er komt verder niemand langs. Wij hebben per ongeluk een nacht de huissleutel in de buitendeur laten zitten maar dit leverde geen problemen op. Het huis is smaakvol en gezellig ingericht. Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben, is aanwezig. Van strijkijzer tot slacentrifuge, van spelletjes tot leesboeken, het is er allemaal. En dan de omgeving, wat een waanzinnig uitzicht op de bergen. Iedere dag zag het er anders uit. Heerlijk om met een bak koffie op het terras van dit mooie uitzicht te genieten. Echt een aanrader!!

We stayed in this magnificent renovated farmhouse in August 2016. As a family of 5, including 2 teenagers, we were keen to rent a place with internet and a private swimming pool. The owners of Casa Lavanda have really focussed on the holiday experience and their attention to detail made the week that we stayed a total pleasure. The house looks across a valley to impressive hills and it was clear to see why the owners had purchased this place. Access to the house was arranged ahead of the rental and was exactly as agreed. Upon entering the house, the accommodation is immaculate and to a very high standard. The kitchen had everything that you could need and we had the bonus of a welcome pack gifted by the owner. The house and surrounding area were spotlessly clean. We had tables to provide indoor or outdoor dining options, with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The fridge/freezer was a good size for our family of five. Inside the house everything worked perfectly. There was a TV lounge with a selection of DVDs available, and the internet delivered 3.5Mb download without any failures during our stay, and the children made sure that it was well used for the week. We had no power outages during the stay. The pool was cleaned before we arrived and twice during the week of our stay. A selection of inflatables were provided for our use which the children enjoyed immensely. The owners attention to detail made this accommodation stand out. The downstairs windows were secured against bugs using fine mesh. We were able to confidently open the windows without worrying about mosquito invasions. The window shutters could be fully opened, or a small, inner window could be opened if you just wanted a small amount of light. Furnishings were very stylish, music was available, and at no point were we left wishing that something extra had been provided. Both bathrooms were beautifully equipped with great showers in both and a bath in one of them. Towels were high quality and separate towels provided for use by the pool. The owners had thought of everything and we felt like a guest in a well loved home, rather than a holiday rental. My top tips if you are planning to rent this home are: Take an SUV to cope with the challenging road surfaces in the area. Take some travel sickness tablets if you are prone to sickness on winding roads. Take a good insect repellent. Take a drive to the beach at Pescara or Francavilla al Mare. The beach is great & sea is warm.

De woning is heel mooi en functioneel. Prachtige kamers met respect voor de authenticiteit van het gebouw doch met een moderne insteek. Voldoende opbergruimte, prachtige meubels en alles super functioneel. Ook de keuken is meer dan volledig : keukenapparaten, gereedschap, ... teveel om op te noemen. Zwembad en bijhorende accessoires : Super. Kortom een fantastisch (vakantie)huisje. (met wifi en Belgische TV !) Moet er een minpuntje zijn ? awel de toegangsweg dan (gemeenteweg in erbarmelijke toestand) Een gemeende welbedankt voor het fijne verblijf en de uitstekende service van de eigenaars !!

Het huis is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig, nieuw en schoon. Een aanrader en zeker om nog een keer te gaan.

Het is elke keer weer spannend als je een huis huurt en je alleen op de foto's af moet gaan. Maar de werkelijkheid overtrof de al schitterende de foto's! Een prachtige woning, van alle gemakken voorzien en met veel zorg ingericht. Rust en ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten. We gaan in 2016 weer!
