Es war sauber und ruhig
Man muss Kaution hinterlegen und das 150€/person- eine Frechheit!! Oder 26€ das man nicht mehr zurück bekommt!!! - stand nicht in der Beschreibung, im Bad gab es keine Ablage für Necessaire oder sonstiges und auch kein hacken um etwas aufzuhängen, Schlüssel cod erhalten erst 15 Minuten vor 16 Uhr 🤨, Koffer hinterlegen nur gegen Geld 🤨, weit vom Zentrum und das auf einer relativ steiler Straße.

Schönes Apartment mit kleinen Mängel. Das Apartments lag etwas außerhalb von Porto. Aber alles war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Es ist nett eingerichtet und hat zwei Terassen zur Benutzung. Diese sind leider renovierungsbedürftig. Die Holzpanelen sind verwittert und sind teilweise lose. Also nicht sicher! Die Terassenmöbel von der Witterung arg in Mitleid3nschaft gezogen und nicht ansprechend. Das Apartments war sauber. Leider hat das Badezimmer nach Abfluss gerochen. Was auch kein Duftreiniger übertünchen konnte. Das war unangenehm. Der Rollo im Schlafzimmer ist defekt. Spring hoch. An Schlaf war da nicht zu denken. Das Zommer hat sich aufgeheizt. Wir haben den Rollo mit Plfasterband fixiert. Dann gings. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht fixiert und ist einem beim Öffnen entgegen gekommen. Das Eisfach hat keine Abdeckung mehr und ist vereist. Nicht nachvollziehbar, da der Vermieter auf Nachhaltigkeit hinweisen. Alles in allem haben wir uns im Apartment wohlgefühlt. Wenn die Mängel beseitigt sind ist es top!
