Appalling attitude of 'Le Patron'. I mistakenly thought the bathroom light wasn't working as the delay on the fluorescent was quite long. He was so put out that I had wasted his time storming off in a huff. I had to remind myself who the customer was. Not the temperament for somebody in such a role. I was furious. If you need help I would recommend approaching a different member of staff. A slight irritant was there was little hot water left when we arrived. Also there was no hook for the shower head; you have to hold it in hand.
