Location is great, in the heart of Ferrel town. Flat itself is very clean and comfortable. Bed, kitchen and shower were very good

In general it is quite cold in the apartment, and the heater is only in the bedroom therefore it didn’t feel very cosy. The lighting could also be a bit cosier.

Newly renovated apartment. Electrical heating. Surfboard rack in hallway and bucket for wetsuit cleaning. Nice, big shower. Comfy bed. Huge kitchen.

There was a strong moldy smell in the hallway and apartment and the neighbor reached out to complain about water dripping into their apartment :(. Communication with host -> be sure there is always an excuse. Details: broke cabinet door in kitchen/ side table in bedroom. Shower: the floor was not solid -> something must be wrong underneath. I think the owner did a nice job with the renovation, but the details missing/ being broke and also the moldy smell make it seem like the apartment is not being cared properly about. The smell completely turned me off, that's why I can not recommend the place and would advice to look for another stay. I hope my feedback helps to owner to get a grip on it.

Ricardo is a wonderful host. Really nice guy and the place was incredibly modern while cosy. 2 minute drive to the beach. Perfect for any surfers or golfers

Very nice appartment, with good kitchen, small living room and good beds. Also a place to store the surfboards next to the entrance. The owner was also very helpful!
