Very good, close to the city center

The apartment was airy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The person who brought my keys in the end was pleasant and apologetic. Booking.com staff were fantastic in helping me access the acomodation.

The organisation of the owners was terrible. I gave them an arrival time and Booking.com has to search them out for me. I had to wait the best part of 2 hours in very hot weather to be let into a apartment that was not even in the same building as the one I had booked. The ensuite bathroom was unusable due to a problem with the drains which could be smelled even with the door closed Luckily the apartment had two bathrooms otherwise staying would have been impossible. I was told that a change of linen would happen at 10.00 on Thursday but the written information said Tuesday. A bag of linen was hung on my outside door on Wednesday at a time I was in. I asked through Booking.com assistant where to leave keys at the end of our stay.... no response!!

There was no WIFi or internet. Which is vital for us nowadays. There was no hairdryer, no tablecloth, a lack of the mostt basic necessaties Having a shower was difficult as the water would go all over the bathroom floor. Very uncomfortable
