As advertised and great location. Unseasonably cold and the units had a hard time keeping the place warm. If renting in December-February, this is a possibility. Property manager was very "available"!

I rented this property for a relaxing girls trip with my sister and mother. Prior to our stay I was double-charged on one of the payment installments and had to request a refund. I didn't think much of it till I realized was part of a broader problem. Fast forward to mid-November and we arrived at RB early in the day on a Sunday hoping to enjoy the beach before being let into the property. The check in process was abysmal with multiple ignored texts and emails to to the property manager before receiving check-in info AFTER check-in time ....quite unsettling seeing that we were out of town visitors all the way from Massachusetts! We ended up spending the entire first afternoon on the phone with vrbo and area hotels trying to find another place to stay in the event that we never got the codes to the house. Fun times! Once in the Carriage house we found the perfect little respite for the 3 of us. Beautifully appointed and excellent location. Really small- but clever use of space and mirrors to help it from feeling cramped. The cleanliness of this place is a two. Clean and tidy in appearance, but if you wipe the floor it is COMPLETELY filthy. The fridge was barely wiped down and there was very little in the way of amenities. We ran out of toilet paper day two and also had to buy paper towels and trash bags during our 4-night stay. The Wifi didn't work the whole length of our stay. I don't know about you, but I'm def not about fidgeting with cables and modems during a relaxing vacation.... Overall this property itself truly a gem. Too bad management isn't keeping up..it deserves so much better! NL

We have nothing but great things to say about our vacation at the Gulf and Green Carriage. We arrived early and Katie was able to let us have an early check in (around 2pm). The property is beautifully updated and the location is incredible, a view of the gulf from our window! Our AC wouldn’t kick on when we first arrived, being after hours Katie couldn’t reach someone to take a look at it so she came over herself and fixed the problem. The property is located in Rosemary Beach and within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants and shops. Loved having garage access, we were able to park our Tahoe in it. Also loved having access to all the beach access points and the community pools. We were also able to experience a wedding as it was set up in the courtyard, so fun! We will definitely be returning to Rosemary and using Katie as a reference for properties to stay at.

We had a fabulous time as always in Rosemary. The location of this cottage is perfect and it was very well kept. It is way too small for a family of 4 to stay for a week. There’s no where to put anything and with only one closet and no access to the home’s courtyard for beach stuff it makes it nearly impossible. If you are a couple it’s perfect!

Beautiful place, very convenient to everything. Great contact and prompt response from manager, they ensured we had a smooth stay. Good WiFi for the kids, beautiful decor. We had a great time!

What you see is what you get. Small but well-designed, great location close to beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds. I would recommend Gulf and Green to a friend.

Great property! Location and design finishes can’t be beat.

This is a small unit attached to a bigger house. You can hear EVERYTHING the people say in their kitchen. Every word! If you open the blinds to let in some sun and see the ocean, you can wave at the people in their kitchen. Despite the great location, we would not stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

This was my wife and I's third time to the 30A area and we absolutely love it there. The Gulf and Green Carriage house is in an absolutely fantastic area and close to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer. We stayed between Christmas and New Year 2021. The weather was nice for 2 days and then rained the other 2 so we cut our trip a night short but had a very nice relaxing trip. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was great to deal with, let us in early due to it being vacant, which was very nice. The only comment that I can make is the cleanliness of the property. It seems as if all of the properties in this area, based upon number of visitors, never really get a full deep clean at least once if not 2 times a year. Had this same comment for a VRBO that we stayed in on Seacrest Beach. Other than this comment, i would highly recommend this property and location.

Loved our stay! As carriage houses go, this one is perfect in so many ways. It is separate enough from the main house that you don’t feel that you are in each other’s way. It’s 700 sq. ft is appointed very well and ALL on one level. I especially appreciated the view of the gulf from the open living space.

We’ve stayed at Rosemary beach several times over the past 4 years and this carriage house had the best location by far. The short walk to the beach was awesome and the community pool was practically at our back door. There was even a gulf view from the living room that we weren’t expecting! The only thing that could make this property better would be a balcony but it is still 5 stars in my book.

Restaurants and shops are just a quick walk away as well. The kitchen is only lightly stocked and the counter space is very small, so just a heads up if you plan to do a lot of cooking when you stay. This rental is above the garage and the main house rents separately. So you’ll share the garage and walk through their outdoor space on your way to the green or beach. It wasn’t a problem at all for us but it’s worth knowing. Katie, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
